We were not seated. While waiting for someone to seat us, I went to the restroom. There was a man in the hallway acting as a bathroom attendant. I have no idea if they actually have a bathroom attendant. This man opened the restroom door for me. It was a one room restroom. When he opened the door, there was a man inside masturbating. He was facing the door and clearly wanting to be seen. The bathroom attendant just looked at me, so clearly he was in on it. It was obviously a set up. I went into fight or flight and just FLEW. I immediately left and did not feel safe going back in. We had a fabulous lunch at Ole Red! The food was amazing, drinks were flowing and the staff were wonderful! We were on the third floor. We watched the live band and had a great time. Michelle, our server/bartender was on point. She kept the drinks flowing and checked in often. She was the best! She was the only one working a very large area and she kept everyone happy. Lew! We aren't sure what his job description is, but we are designating him the Mayor of Ole Red! He stopped by several times to check in and was the guy to know. Chad Collins was preforming, he sounds like Luke Bryant. Music was very fun. Restaurant was 4 level with an VIP area. In front of the stage it had a small dance area to dance on. Gave it a 4 star because food was a bit overpriced. We only ordered chicken wings, one margarita and one beer. Bill was over $70. Although the restaurant has a good theme. Our experience was not one I would want to have again. During our visit Las Vegas location while there on a girls trip we visited on February 17, 2025 and had been here the previous year and had a great time with service, food and music. However on this occasion, nothing went right. We arrived around 12:30 pm and were seated on the second level and it took almost 10 minutes before our server, Vincente acknowledged us. Drinks took another 10 minutes before showing up and we put in the food order. After 45 minutes of not seeing our server or our food, I get up to talk to the hostess and find out what's going on. She said she'll check with the server. Finally Vincente comes over to the table around 1:45 and asks how everything was (as if we had eaten already) and we said our food still hasn't arrived. Even another server stopped by our table to check on us when food was being delivered to other tables that had arrived long after we did. Our order somehow got lost between the server and the kitchen and Vincente comes back by the table around 2:15 to say they can make it now and will be about 15 minutes. While waiting the music group that started at 2pm was way too loud. I understand live music, but it hurt the ears and I was happy when they took a break. Finally about 2:30 our food arrives at the table, and all 3 orders are wrong. We made it work to eat since if we sent it back to the kitchen who knows when we would have seen food again and it had already been over 2 hours since we arrived. Our server gave us Christmas mugs as an apology. The food was comped, as I agree it should have been, but we still had to pay for the drinks. The table has 2 beers and a soda for $37.95. With everything that happened, the drinks should have been covered as well. We finally left about 3:15 and I was more than ready to go. The other 2 in my group wanted to stay, otherwise I would have left within the first 30 minutes after arriving. To say this visit was a huge disappointment is an understatement after our great experience the previous year. I would not be inclined to return to this location in the future. read more

Ole Red is new and in a good location located by Horseshoe Casino. Place gets really packed during peak times. I've heard a lot of good performers here as the bands they book are good, though I'm not familiar much with their music. I was told they have DJ's here on occasion as well. I haven't had the food options here yet. While I recommend it to check out, there are a few things to note: One, the drink selection, at least in the rooftop area, was poor with few choices beyond basic beers like Corona (12oz cans, not 24oz or bottles, $12 a pop). By contrast, there are some bars just off the Strip that you'll get a bucket of Corona of 24oz. bottles for $20. The equivalent here would then be well over $100 plus tip. No bottle options were even available at all on the rooftop. No happy hour here either on a Friday afternoon. And while I'm not one to gripe much about prices, these are still poor options and they are greedy to charge these prices combined with poor selections. I believe there may be some better options on some of the other floors. A shame because the rooftop is fairly nice with a nice stage. Overall this is a spot with good potential and could be great, but they are greedy and stingy with their drink options they offer. read more

Cool place a good music but I left feeling like I got ripped off. I ordered a Gin & Tonic for wife and Jack & Coke for me- $42 with tip. I watched the bartender pour a tiny amount of alcohol and then she filled our cups with mixers and I could tell it wasn't going to be good. Neither of us could taste the spirits- weakest drink I've ever had-so basically I spent $42 on a coke and some tonic water. To me it's insulting and it means they don't care if I ever come back. Maybe I should have canceled the drinks when I saw the weak pour. I've never done that but in hindsight. I doubt that Blake would approve read more

The food isn't bad, but wouldn't say it's great for what you spend. And beware of all the upcharging - take home glasses, loaded this and that, adds here and there.
