They're closed when they're supposed to be open during hours of operation. I had to drive all the way to 87th street where it was not safe.

When washing, there was no water in the machine. The attendant told me that's how the machines work. The water absorbs into the blankets. While I understand that a certain amount of the water will absorb into the blanket, there should be a residual amount of the water that is just inside the machine and there was none. When the spin cycle started you would expect that the water absorb into the blankets would be extracted and you would see the water come out but during the spin cycle there was barely any water extracted which means that there was only enough water released from the washing machine to dampen the blankets. I asked the attendant for a refund and she told me she could not. I asked for the number of the owner and she gave me a number that doesn't work. It goes straight to voicemail and hangs up without allowing you to leave a message. I asked her when an owner would be in for me to talk to and she told me she didn't know. Do not go to this laundromat because they are only trying to save themselves money so you will be charged to partially clean your clothes if at all.

Go someplace else for your cleaning and mending needs, because this place operates on the 'Bait and…read moreSwitch' business method. I took a coat in for cleaning and to have the sleeve lining mended on one arm. The chick tells me $14.50. Not bad! I go pick up the coat and she tells me $24.50 (See photo). Excuse me, that's not what's on the claim form. I really did not feel like arguing and I would have been well within my right to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office for CONSUMER FRAUD for a measly ten dollars. The principle is ADHERE to the charge that you tell customers when they drop off their items. My intentions were to have all of my coats cleaned if I liked their services and take my beaus coats and his work shirts. But, I will not patronize this shady business again and unless you like 'Bait and Switch' tactics, I advise you to go someplace else as well.

When I received my trench coat, it has five holes in it. Prior to leaving, I showed the holes to the younger employee, who asked me to return with the coat in a few days when the seamstress is there. Returning, the older RUDE, obese female employee said, "Those holes were there when you bought in the coat." Disputing her false allegations, I replied, "NO, they were NOT! If they were there when I came in with the coat, she (pointing to another employee) would've noticed it, AND the 'seamstress' would've flagged it. Also, I do NOT have clothes, especially coats, with hole in them." "Look at the holes! They are the same diameters. SAME! Looks like someone put it on something creating the holes. And, there's a tear in my coat." She replied, "Oh, that were the snaps were. The coat HAD snaps on them." I responded, "Are you kidding me?! The coat does not and never had snaps there! If you're alleging it had snaps, where are the snaps?!" Dumbfounded, she replied, "They must've fallen off." I responded, "You're full of it. This coat NEVER had snaps on it. Before I bought it in, these five holes DIDN'T exist; now, instead of taking responsibility for YOUR mistake, you're trying to pass it on?!" Again, she look dumbfounded and angrily walked away, Also, I asked for a beige color zipper to match the coat. The 'seamstress' replaced the original zipper with a blush-toned one. I should've taken my coat to another place located less than five miles from this horrendous place. At least I wouldn't have five holes in my beige-colored trench coat with the newly replaced blush-colored zipper.
