Their carelessness and lack of attention cost me thousands of dollars. I wish I was exaggerating... I one week job extended one month and there were discrepancies that can no longer be fixed. Luke replied, 'Good enough for a rental." First they ripped up all my bathroom plumbing, said it had to be redone $$. However, they never moved any water lines, and I had water lines coming from the floor in odd places for the sink, and toilet. The flange was not in the right place height or distance to put in a toilet, and most upsetting of all.... I now have a shower that is off center! The tile guy just came in and tiled... but the plumber was the one caused the issue. I was not there during the project (live out of town) and believed that at the $$ I was spending... I was good to go. Also, Luke/Rebecca partnered me with a "shower/tiler" installer, who left with 50% down, and the 25% of the job he did complete, had to be 100% redone. THIS guy is working unlicensed. NOT not hire. I wish I never contacted this guy.

When we purchased our house, I was recommended by my inspector to use Parker's for my septic inspection. I called them and set up and appointment and the serviceman who may have been the owner arrived to do the inspection. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection, he told me of a potential future issue I could have, due to the proximity of trees to my drain field. He instructed me on some tips to maintain my system and then the clincher. He said I did not need to have it pumped out (an expensive bill I was hoping to avoid) and said based on there only being two of us, hat it could be a while before I needed to have this done. I paid him and he went on his way and I was a happy and satisfied customer, knowing that this is the company I will call when I have a problem. I haven't had to so, that's a great and it's been five years!
