Unhappy Yes they cane out quickly but I suspect that they were already out on another septic tank pump out call. When they finished, they left 1/3 of the tank still full and the young kid stated that they did that all the time. Others have told me that this is not true and the tank is supposed to be pumped dry. I think that their tank was full and they did not want to come back again to finish the pump out. I will never use these clowns again. read more

They came out the next day and pumped our tank. They cleaned out the tank incredibly well and did not leave junk behind. They also did NOT leave bad tire marks on my property. They came highly recommended from another company that didn't have the time to help me. Will definitely use them again. read more

Came to pump out a septic tank, ran over the main water line and broke it. We have been without water for 24 hours now. They have told me twice they are coming to fix it and no one has shown up. With all the other options in the Savannah area it's just worth ever using these guys read more

At first, I was very impressed with Huggins Waste Services. Very responsive to our call did a great job with pumping our septic tank but we needed our drain field replaced. I called and spoke with the owner, Rusty, he gave us a very competitive price quote and said "just so you know, we are not sprinkler guys but we will fix what we break before we leave. But, if there is an issue two months down the road we are not responsible for repairs." Well, we selected them to do our repairs and they charged us for soil we didn't need, left our yard in a mess and broke several sprinkler heads and supply lines. His worker said "call Rusty and he will send his guy out to fix." So, I called Rusty and he sent his guy out at my expense. Rusty refused to fix our sprinkler system and I was left with an additional repair expense of $500! Rusty Huggins was not true to his word and I'm still having issues with our water lines. I strongly do not recommend Huggins Waste Services. If I could have given them negative stars I would have. I was very surprised by his actions as we initially really like him. Once his guys "finished" he never came back to check the quality of their work. Save yourself the headache and find someone else. read more

During this past holiday week (New year's) we had a sanitary sewer back-up at our rental property in Savannah, which had our tenant without a working toilet. What's worse, we had NO IDEA if we were on Septic or City Sewer! After (1) clueless "septic specialist" and (1) very helpful plumber came to our property to investigate, I called Lori at Huggins on a Sat (Jan 4) in the late afternoon. Not only did a human answer the phone, but she SPOKE (yes, with her voice, not texting!) with our plumber who was on site in order to gather more intel and she then promised to send her brightest and best over on Monday. I checked in with her late Sunday night (!!!) and she gave me an ETA for the following day, which was spot on. Allen arrived and straight away, located the tank. He and my husband dug furiously (mind you, in the same area "clueless" claimed there was nothing) and found the tank straight away. He opened it, located the problem, fixed it with a hammer (literally!) and viola! Roughly one hour and a thorough pump later...we are sh** free and our tenant is happy again! Allen is a guru in his trade and Lori has the best customer service, hands down. I HIGHLY recommend Huggins Waster Services!!! read more
