Then, a friendly shop employee recommended P & O. I called and the gentlemen said to just bring it in as they do these repairs all day, every day. I went in around 10 am, and by 1 pm, they had called me to let me know the cost and that it would be done in an hour. Everyone I met was super helpful and friendly, and the repairs were really reasonable compared to having to replace the whole wheel.

We needed rails on our front porch stairs for safety. A short time later a phone call gave the price, which I thought was reasonable, and I gave the go-ahead. Another short time later another call set up a mutually agreeable time for installation, which was completed in an hour or so. The rails were fully fabricated when delivered. The iron rails look great and as though they were always there. They are anchored firmly in the brick and the black paint was touched up before they left.
