I have to say their price was on par with any other we called and they came out on a Saturday. We have a 1500 gal tank which is a larger one when you have a disposal and by code is required. The technician was very polite and professional. He explained everything to us and walked us through maintaining the system and explained the filter cleaning if we chose to clean it. Dependable is definitely not "dependable". I can't attest to their plumbing skills, because they never showed up, but can address their lack of common courtesy. I was stood up three times in one day by "Dependable". I fully understand that things can come up, such as a flat tire, but there is no excuse to not call or text the scheduled client. Their carelessness and lack of attention cost me thousands of dollars. I wish I was exaggerating... I one week job extended one month and there were discrepancies that can no longer be fixed. Luke replied, 'Good enough for a rental." First they ripped up all my bathroom plumbing, said it had to be redone $$. However, they never moved any water lines, and I had water lines coming from the floor in odd places for the sink, and toilet. The flange was not in the right place height or distance to put in a toilet, and most upsetting of all.... I now have a shower that is off center! The tile guy just came in and tiled... but the plumber was the one caused the issue. I was not there during the project (live out of town) and believed that at the $$ I was spending... I was good to go. Also, Luke/Rebecca partnered me with a "shower/tiler" installer, who left with 50% down, and the 25% of the job he did complete, had to be 100% redone. THIS guy is working unlicensed. NOT not hire. I wish I never contacted this guy.
