I called them and set up and appointment and the serviceman who may have been the owner arrived to do the inspection. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection, he told me of a potential future issue I could have, due to the proximity of trees to my drain field. He instructed me on some tips to maintain my system and then the clincher. He said I did not need to have it pumped out (an expensive bill I was hoping to avoid) and said based on there only being two of us, hat it could be a while before I needed to have this done. I paid him and he went on his way and I was a happy and satisfied customer, knowing that this is the company I will call when I have a problem. I haven't had to so, that's a great and it's been five years!

They were prompt in coming to the initial appointment to assess the issue then they were able to have the new systems in place immediately with only a few hours of turnaround between the assessment appointment which was the next day. The process was diligent and efficient. The price for two new units were to be as expected; however, it is a necessary expense and one that I was willing to invest in for peace of mind in the future. I appreciate the after care Canady's provides as well to ensure that the customer is satisfied. They will also do a follow check in about two weeks which lets me know they care about the quality of their services and are willing to stand by their name. They did not leave a mess and everything is in working order which I am very happy.

He should have quoted her a price before installing it, which he did not. Additionally, he tried to upsell her other services that she did not need. I told her to call Richmond Hill Air Conditioning and have them come over and do the job. They always treat me fairly. The tech was at her house within an hour and told her it would be $135 parts and labor. That's quite a bit different than Canady's. In conclusion; If you have money to burn, call Canady's!
