The food here is awesome. It always comes out very hot and flavorful. I haven't had a bad meal here. The bartenders are always chill and kind. We've been three days in a row just because it's kicked butt. Whoever is working in the kitchen is nailing it. Vibes are good, music is cool, and of course a little gambling is always fun. We are going to make this our go to spot.

Roadhouse close to the southern side of the Laughlin Strip and the Harrah's Casino. We came here during the day and we were very surprised how clean it was. Food is actually served so we ordered up the jalapeño poppers and I had the chicken tenders with fries for my meal. The food did take a while, but it was good considering it was bar food. The staff was very friendly. There is live music at nighttime. There are also two pool tables.

Look at all that meat!

I was super hungry after all that gambling and debauchery at Harrahs, so I decided to venture off the property to get a meal. Why off the property you ask? Well, I had a bad experience at Smashburger the last time I was there, and the Beach Cafe was uninspiring at best. After reading the Yelp reviews on the Guy Fieri restaurant, there was no way I was going to tarnish my insides with another bad restaurant experience at Harrahs. So I whipped out the phone to find a standalone place, not tied to a casino. My Upside app had just sent me an email offering $5 if I ate at one of their advertised places, that on top of 20% back. I figured what the heck, why not. Up pops Old Town Saloon. The Yelp reviews were kind of ambiguous on what to expect, so I figured that I'd see for myself. What did I have to lose. If it wasn't that good, I'd have to deal with a stomachache. Heck, I would have got one of those at Harrahs. So a few minutes drive, and I find myself entering the Saloon doors for lunch. It was quiet inside. Dark too. I wondered if they were closed and forgot to lock up. No, not closed, just quiet. All the patrons were at the bar, their focus entrenched on what the next hand of video poker they were going to get. A murmur here, and there, a clink of a beer bottle, gently being placed on the bar after a swig. Other than the faint sound of music playing in the background, not much excitement. I grabbed a table, ordered a beer, and took a look at the menu. The Loaded French Fries sounded good, so when the bar tender took my order, that's what was going to open the door on this culinary relationship. Not long after I placed my order, a couple donning cowboy attire, (not Dallas Cowboy, fancy cowboy) strolled in and sidled up to the bar. Almost immediately they requested that the music be turned up. And that's when the bar started to come to life. The poker players started conversing, and laughter soon followed. Country music had broken the silence partner, and the atmosphere was looking up. Yeehaw!! Now that there was finally some entertainment, I could sit back and enjoy my basket of Loaded Fries. I have to tell you, those things were quite good. Fresh onion and tomato, hot beef and cheese, (no jalapeños though, the night before wouldn't allow it). It didn't take long before the basket was empty. A perfect portion for a hearty appetite. Quick Tip for the owners of Old Town: Your Loaded Fries are good. Take them to the next level and mix in some bbq sauce with the meat. BBQ Loaded Fries will fly off the shelf. You'll only be out a few more napkins, and maybe more attention will have to be given to the video poker machines, to keep them from all that sticky goodness.

Excellent bar food Reuben sandwich and the fries were good too

I loved this place. Local vibe. The bartender/server was wonderful. We split an order of the Reuben sandwich and she served it in 2 separate baskets with a good amount of fries and a pickle in each which was much appreciated!! We only had water. She worked just as hard as if we ordered 2meals with the same friendly service. On top of which the bar food was really good. If I lived around there, I would be a regular customer!!

Reuben sandwich. Fantastic!

Good service. Ordered the Reuben sandwich with French fries. Came with a good tasting pickle. The fries were steak fries perfectly cooked and salted, piping hot. The sandwich was tasty and loaded with corned beef. The marbled bread had great texture, soft on the inside. I ordered the sandwich to be split. She served it in 2 separate plates and gave us 2 pickles. This is how restaurants should do it. Be accommodating and nice

There was only four people ahead of us and she asked the size of our party, left and didn't come back. Only about half of the restaurant has customers the other half is empty. We've waited at least 15 minutes for a party of six just to be acknowledged not sure how long it will take to be seated, but I will do updates. Sooo our service was so slow, rude and never spoke to us even when we talked her for seating us. Long time waiting between the waiter bringing drinks and ONLY when we grabbed him and asked did we get to order more drinks. Had to ask to order our food. Waited forever for our food. Ordered medium rare prime rib and we got a very dry end cut cooked more like medium well. Waited forever for our check. Then our check was incorrect TWICE. The waiter was kind and apologetic but we can't even believe we were charged for that terrible piece of meat a mistake like that should've taken out from the bill. We won't be back.

The decor is super cool, with life-size replicas of La Chilindrina and El Chavo del Ocho where you can snap some fun photos. They even have props you can put on, which adds a playful touch to the whole experience. The place is split into two main areas: one for dining and the other with a full bar, pool tables, and karaoke. Bonus--it all glows! Such a vibe. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options. I was especially impressed by the massive baked potato piled high with meat--seriously, it's a must-try! They also had a dessert with fried plantains topped with strawberries and condensed milk... so good I had to take one to go! Service was friendly and attentive, though one small hiccup was having to grab our own utensils. It wasn't a big deal, but it would've been nice to know up front instead of waiting to ask. That said, it didn't take away from the overall great experience. Some items are served in to-go style containers, which felt a little casual for dining in, but again, not a dealbreaker. Whether you're just grabbing a bite or looking for food and entertainment, this spot is worth checking out!

I ordered the Beer Cheese Cheesesteak with fries and some wings of three different flavors, those being Honey BBQ, Parmesan Garlic and Spicy Garlic (a new one I have never tried). The cheesesteak was pretty good and fries were good as well. It was the wings that disappointed me. First off, they didn't get my order right at all. I had some sort of weird buffalo sauce the first third, and two thirds completely different flavor profiles than anything garlic. These wings weren't cheap, either, but luckily there was a deal for Thursdays for most of the cost. Service wasn't too bad. The time it took to seat me wasn't long and the rest was not half bad. Again, this usually isn't the BWW way, usually I'll come here and everything's in order and great in general. It is Bullhead, so it gets busy and I'll give the mediocre service a pass. Inside was just like any old BWW restaurant. Booths and tables in the masses, TV's everywhere, loud music, massive space... all the things you'll find here. Sometimes I would be asking the waitress something and then the loud music would make it harder to even speak a clear message to her. It makes up for this in cleanliness, not a single crumb on any table anywhere. Overall, BWW did not live up to the expectations like they usually do. I've never gotten this incidents ever, so I hope it was just a one-off thing. I think I will give BWW a second chance because this is not the usual experience here. Maybe next time!
