We try to stop here on every trip to Laughlin as we do frequent Laughlin a bit. I learned last yr or so when I couldn't find my old dollar bills where I had hung them up that someone broke into the bar & stole the money off the walls...what the heck?!?!? Shame on you! We usually come @ night, the place is always super dead & the video poker machines are super tight. We NEVER win any big $$$ but I'll still throw a $20 bill hoping to hit something & to grab a free drink. I never see the same bartender more than once so not sure if they have a high turnover rate, it does seem like a boring place to work since it seems to never be busy. The food here is tasty stuff. On our most recent trip I noticed the ladies bathroom had been remodeled & inquired with the bartender, she told me that they both had been remodeled and during that time they had port-a-potties outside...ugh! Glad we never came then as I hate using them.....lol But the ladies bathroom looks great! There is a pool table in here & they do seem to have events @ times which we've never been lucky to stop in during that time. This is a must stop while in Laughlin. We stayed @ Harrah's once & we were able to walk up the hill to get to the bar. :-) Oh the bus does run up this way if your riding the bus up & down the Laughlin strip. :-)

There was no cover charge to get in, it was crowded & they had a live band with great energy. Heavyset female security guard @ the door wasn't very friendly. Apparently they wont let you in with a drink so if your in this bar & need to step out to use the bathroom & you don't want to leave your drink unattended (which NO one ever should) don't be expected to be allowed to come back inside with it. So my friend & I stayed outside to finish our drink before headed back in. Of course but the time we went to go back in the miserable chic wasn't holding the entrance down. We went on the dance floor to dance some & got to seal the new year (2026) with a kiss. Place was fun but we soon left after midnight to head to a different casino. And mind you this was last weekend. Yeah I wasn't good so much so that I set up a bar far away and I can still hear her yelping like a dog in pain and my husband cringing every so often with his face while he's trying to drink a beer and finally, he turned to me and said, can we leave she's giving me a headache. And I thought to myself, if you were going to hire some entertainment for your bar, they should be at least able to carry a tune and not look like or sound like the worst karaoke person in the world and mind you. This was not a karaoke session, it was a full on band with the worst female singer in the world. I would rather hear a bull in the middle of the field getting castrated then to subject anybody to having to listen to that band. I know it seems like a really harsh review and I don't leave reviews like that but I figure if people are going to go there for the entertainment. You should at least hire somebody who could sing.

No road plan - just venturing. When we arrived in Needles, I was hungry and pointed to the local gas station. I thought maybe a candy bar would hold me over. My husband just determined to keep riding through the town. To be honest it kinda looked like a ghost town- many buildings vacant or not open. We happened upon the Red Dog Saloon. Got off the bike and took a peek in. It was Super Bowl Sunday and there were people setting up tables and people bringing in food. It was a Community Potluck for the Super Bowl!!! We were in! . We had nothing to contribute to the food, but if we bought raffle tickets that they were promoting and drinks we could eat the potluck free and watch the game! DEAL DONE! They had so many tables of food that people brought. It was so nice! From salads, potatoes, beans, every side imaginable, homemade ham w/ pineapple/cherries, smoked brisket, trays of Chicken, deserts galore! All homemade! We bought raffle tickets, drinks/Beer and watched the Game! We spent the afternoon there. The Community organization and working together was impressive to me! What a great time and great day! The owners and staff regularly came round to check on customers and make sure everyone was having a good time! I was blown away when Jay came round and introduced himself! His wife Andie was later introduced! (The owners). What a great, friendly, warm and welcoming couple! More establishments need to model after this couple! .
