Tonight at Planet Fitness Warrenton 11/12/25 I observed 4 teenagers in the free weight area next to me using weights they had barbells all over the floor and 4 of them had their shoes of and were in stocking feet right next to me as I worked out with 60 lb Dumbbells. I stopped my dumbbell workout went up to the counter and spoke with the young lady who was there were two employees behind the counter both glued to their cell phones one brunet female and one morbidly obese white male. I told them what was going on asked them to look up and when they did they saw the teenagers with no shoes on approx. 20 feet in front of them. I asked them to speak with the youths. The one employee brunette female came over told the teenagers to put their shoes on and that this was required. They complied but continued to glare at me for the next few minutes. Shortly thereafter the youths departed for the next machine not before they stopped by me while I was working out they told me to MIND my Own F %$#&*^ business and one kid in particular was profane and threatening me. They proceeded to walk away. I again got up went up to the counter and told them what had happened and I requested that they remove the one kid in particular before I was forced to exercise my rights and call the POLICE. They returned spoke with the kid in question and a Blonde smaller manager told him to depart I subsequently saw him leave the gym approx. 10 mins later. I continued my workout and was in the 30 minute area when I was approached by the same brunette female and male. She said that I was requested to leave the gym for the night? WTF I complain they remove the kid and now I'm the problem 30 minutes after he left. She said that this was at the direction of her manager. I complied but not before I cancelled my membership with PLANET FITNESS I have been a Black card member since this gym first opened in 2022. My take on this is a total leadership failure by PLANET FITNESS the Manager in question both and the Warrenton VA location and who ever she called should be FIRED!

In 2022 we had some issues take place, one after another and I didn't get to hike much at all. My daughter kept asking me to go to Planet Fitness with her. I usually say No Thanks but this morning I said yes let's go! I had also just bought a new fitbit. I hadn't owned since 2019 as well. Out of the blue! How coincidental it was! * I walked in, signed up for 24 hour trial period, my daughter showed me around and she had me try out some machines. I'm not interested in building big muscles but just more tone to my body and arms. It was great! Not a lot of people and the place is clean, machines are nice looking. I'm impressed. I hope to be able to go more often. Nice reason to get out of the house.

I came in to visit a fitness…read moreclass and tour the gym area again (after visiting two years ago) with the intention of joining. However, the class was not up to modern standards. They did not use up to date lifting techniques and the equipment was subpar. I decided to leave. Later the owner, Beth, called me up and did not ask why I decided to leave during the class or why I no longer wanted to join but instead she told me they have a drop in rate of $20 per class and she was calling to get a payment by phone. I told her I was never told about a fee. Of course she didn't mention this "fee" before I went into the class, it is not posted on their reception desk, not on the door, and not on their website. I was not at a position where I could stay on the phone and told her I had to go and would search the website again to see if perhaps I had missed the fees notification. She then started getting rude with me. When I got home I searched the website again and their group class schedule and again no mention of any "drop in" fees. This place may do better if they charged a $5 drop in fee just to use the gym or sauna but I wouldn't bother with the classes.

I am 24 years old, a female and a previous member of Snap Fitness in Bealeton VA. About a month…read moreago, I was disrespectfully bullied by another member that happens to be an older male. I was bullied and disrespected to the point where I left the gym in tears and completely emotionally torn apart. The manager at that location did not seem to do anything. About a few weeks later, I went back to the gym and encountered the bully once more and left him a note informing of my feelings and that I did not appreciate his attitude or behavior. The next night, I returned to workout but was unable to enter the gym and was informed my card was turned off; the manager then explained to me what had happened, that I was banned from the gym til further notice and I was then accused of having my significant other (whom is not a member of the gym) come down to the gym and damage the bully's vehicle. The bully then demanded and bullied me further into giving him money b ecause he claimed his vehicle was damaged (no damage was done to the vehicle). I have been a member of that location for a little over 2 years and had not had any confrontations or issues til this. I was banned and I did not even do anything, however the bully had no punishment or any consequences. I should be able to feel safe when I go to a gym to workout, I should not be feared for being bullied at my gym. I believe this is beyond sexist given that I was punished and banned from a gym where I was bullied at and from a gym that fit my schedule and my lifestyle while the man that made me leave the gym crying twice (with thoughts of suicide may I add in) and he gets no punishment. SNAP FITNESS IS SEXIST!!!
