Aside from the fact that it saved the day (the whole week, really) during out winter ice storm, there is peace in the back of my mind, where anxiety used to live. I have a back-up. It's right here and it's always clean. And they have free coffee. You should really get a tour, just to get a feel of what it's like. Then spend a workday here, and see what it does for your mind. The next time something comes up, you won't have to think twice about how you're going to deal with it.

To give some background on Industrious - it's a standard co-working setup similar to any WeWork with a long laundry list of amenities (although I've heard WeWork has recently cut back...). This includes morning bagels, all the caffeine you need, as well as 3 - 4 events a week that include standard happy hours, etc. Unlike WeWork, the atmosphere is a little more mature. If WeWork was a person, it'd be a right-out-of college grad that jams out to the EDM in the lobby. Industrious feels a little more like someone in their late 20s / early 30s that puts on elevator music or slow jazz in the lobby. Personally, WeWork felt perfect for a Silicon-Valley startup trying to drive that growth mentality, while Industrious felt better suited for a small professional services firm that would wear business casual to entertain clients on a regular basis. The pricing is comparable to other coworking spaces both in terms of membership and office space, although their membership options were somewhat restricted to keep the density manageable. I was at 30 mins and they categorically held a firm ground of not letting me use the final 120 mins to take the exam well within 30 mins of their closing time. They have done nothing to help in anyway, I've tried to negotiate my way out with them and they haven't worked with me in anyway. With medical bills piling up and not being able to work, heritage suites still had no problem auto deducting money from my account. I've reached out on so many occasions to try and get some help but nothing, not one thing. Consistently told me they wouldn't help and there's nothing they would do, that the "company wasn't in a situation to be able to help". If you run into any issues with being at this location, be prepared to have similar results.

Watch out for the oppressive terms of service on the contract.  They are all about that money, and…read morethat's it.  Customer service?  Flexibility?  Nope.  They will NOT work with you when it is time to renegotiate terms ("We'll get back to you."  "The person you need to speak to isn't here.") so they trap you into automatically rolling over to another lease since they "ran the clock out on you" and you are on the hook for another full term.  Try to back out, and they will threaten to accelerate payments and terminate your service while still keeping you on the hook.  Shady to the extreme.  Proceed only with caution.
