I've been ordering here every Monday for well over a year for the tray special. Order today and…read morethey tell me the total as usual. They call back and tell me it's literally two times the amount. Ok just thinking maybe they no longer do the special but my orders already placed so I don't wanna be that person. Pull up and it stills says the special on the side of the building. Walk in and they show me my receipt and they explain why. Ok that's fine but why have I never been charged like this before ? What is usually $28 now costs me $43. All because of some extra cheese ? I could've went and bought a bag of mozzarella cheese myself for $4 and heated it on there myself. Will never go back. I don't mind paying the extra but as I said for over a year it's been one price now all of a sudden it was almost double the price. Your pizza really isn't that good anyways.

I called to place a delivery order. A younger sounding woman answered (with zero greeting). After I…read moresaid I wanted delivery the was a moment of silence and she then asked where it was going in a way that sounded like she was super annoyed. After getting my address she asked what I wanted, and I asked for 6 slices, to which she said "Oh" which leads me to believe ordering a smaller number is an unspoken problem. She then said okay and hung up without telling me a price or time for arrival. So I'm currently waiting to see if it even arrives. I'm writing this before the food arrives as I'm not expecting it to blow my socks off with the quality anyway, but the lack of basic phone etiquette would prevent a higher review regardless of how the pizza tastes. UPDATE: I waited an hour after ordering to call them back and ask what the problem was. They didn't answer the first time then hung up immediately when I called again. Stick to DiCarlos; better pizza and better employees.
