It was creamy ,cheesy and delicious. The sandwiches were buy one, get one 1/2 price so my husband also had one with baked beans. There is not a place to eat at this location so all food is carryout. The owners were really nice and were happy to talk with me and answer any questions. This is hands down the best BBQ I've had in the Charleston area. I will be back again to try the ribs. The chicken was the star: Large, moist pieces that were flavorful. Even after a DoorDash delivery, the wrap held together surprisingly well. The fries were also outstanding: crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and well seasoned. The tabouli was simple but fresh and exactly what I was expecting. My only suggestion is for to-go orders: please include a fork and napkins. I ended up eating the tabouli by scooping it with the fries, which, surprisingly, was pretty tasty (and super messy!) It was salty, sweet, crunchy and the perfect temperature as the weather starts to cool down -- a great accompaniment for a brewery. Side options included mozzarella sticks or pimento cheese tots -- I went with the tots and they were alright; pretty sure they're just frozen tots heated up. Overall, I'd eat from Chicken Fats again for sure, but would love to see them expand the menu and maybe offer a few more interesting (and fresh!) side options.

Everything on the menu looked so appetizing, so you can bet that I had a hard trying to pick what to order. I'm a huge sucker for fusion type food, so I went with their Brisket & Mac burrito, which had beef brisket, mac and cheese, bacon, crispy onions. I added on an avocado for $1. For my side, I got their Cosmic fries which consisted of bacon, cheese, and their Cosmic sauce which is their original recipe. I can see why it's called "cosmic," because every bite is so heavenly! (But fun fact: it's named after a band and song). The food is also reasonably priced considering that what I ordered could easily feed two people! The service was also the best! Josh took our order and prepared our food and did an excellent job. I also got the chance to meet one of the owners, Charlie. Super cool guy! The girl was very helpful and giving us a separate gluten-free menu that allowed us to order for my husband. This place is a Latin/Asian infusion so we were very excited to see how the flavors played out since it is two of our favorite types of food. The best thing I had was the special, stir fried udon noodles with the steak. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the chili spice on it was amazing and it wasn't overly sauced. The steak that accompanied it was also delicious. The tomato cucumber salad was fresh, but could've used a little more salt in my opinion. The bao bun and tacos were also nice and great portions. I would say for me I didn't love the pad Thai in comparison to the many that I've had before, because it was a bit different in flavor profiles than what I'm used to. I wanted a little bit more of the fish sauce and tamarin flavor. You have to get their milkshakes, I'm sure all of them are great. But the one we have was absolutely decadent and delicious! We had more than enough food, and ended up taking a lot of it home. They were multiple people helping us, and they were all very nice and friendly. I'm coming back for the udon noodle dish!
