Was looking for a unique dessert experience and came across Phil's. While I didn't try the New Zealand style ice cream (seems better suited for summer), the ice cream flavor I did try was super delicious. It had nuts. It was not too sweet. But that was broken up with these caramel swirls that were a little bit sweeter. I loved it. They had several options to choose from but it wasn't overwhelming. The service was so incredibly kind and helpful! It is good for grab and go or sit and eat.
