Vanilla Soft serve with a Rainbow Flavor Burst is what its all about! The Twins working there were sooper friendly, too! And no CC .. Cash Only :)

Hours of operation and payment methods

Good old fashioned old school soft serve ice cream. There are a couple of picnic tables outside; not too crowded.

Prices from what I could read. It's not very professional with all the scratch outs in my opinion that needs to be corrected.

This is a review of CJ's food truck which is DEFINITELY still open!…read more Our HOA brings a bunch of Todd trucks to our neighborhood. Some are hit or miss; some like Cryin' Johnnies are very good. Have had several of their hot dogs and flavor wise they do not suck. My go to has always been the Chicago dog. The don't use Vienna Beef dogs but Dietz and Watsons aren't bad. They also don't use poppy seed buns so the taste is a bit different. Tonight I ordered two (missed breakfast and lunch - sue me!). I had to order sport peppers (one of the defining flavors of a real Chicago dog) which was a surprise, the celery salt was missing, and the dogs themselves were cold. May have been the weather, may have been the ride home, but definitely cold. Good taste though (did I mention D&W?). I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt because I've really enjoyed them in the past. May update - or even delete - this post the next time they come to our 'hood. One this is for sure: I will eat from the CJ folks in the future.

I found a piece of shell in the broth, and the soup was largely composed of vegetables and small strands of crab. I tasted vegetables like kernels of corn more than I did crab. I also consumed a very good but largely congealed order of Bacon & Cheese Fries. Diane ate a large, elongated Corn Dog, which was fine. No air dryer or paper towels were in the men's restroom, and a cold-water faucet did not work. Also, a gnat flew around the dining room.

Great food, service and value. Hard to believe how long we had waited to try this place!…read more Had dinner with friends last night at Surah - at our friend's suggestion. We ordered hibachi and sushi rolls. Our meals came with soup, salad, fried rice, noodles, sautéed vegetables, and dessert (delicious vanilla ice cream). All the hot foods were cooked on the grill right in front of us, with the theatrics you'd expect from a Japanese Hibachi restaurant. Our chef was quite skilled with both the tricks and the cooking. All of the food was delicious, especially the filet mignon steak hibachi and the sushi rolls (a "Fire Crunch" roll with spicy tuna, cucumber, salmon, and spicy crab, and a spicy salmon roll). The wait staff checked on us frequently and someone even came running out of the restaurant after us to thank us for coming. Our part of the bill was around $50 (for one hibachi and two sushi rolls) AND we had leftovers. I expect we will be returning.

I appreciate how they serve both noodles and rice as I haven't seen that at a Japanese steakhouse before. They also do a nice celebration for birthdays!

If you like a sweeter easy to drink wine, Linganore wines had you covered!…read more I first experienced Linganore Winecellars through a mocktail class for dry January. The host Sydney from The Plot Twist did a great job hosting and the ladies from Linganore were excellent in helping through out the class! There is a small parking lot that for everyday purposes is a perfect size. The bathrooms are well maintained and individual bathrooms. I returned another day to try their wines and was not disappointed! I enjoyed them so much that I took home 3 different bottles which me and my girlfriends all enjoyed. I'll be back for their Caribbean festival and can not wait!

Review for Autumn Reggae Wine & Music Festival…read more I have attended Wine festivals at Linganore before, but more than 10 years ago. This was our first time attending in a while and our first in the Fall. The tickets have tiers, VIP, Early Bird (enter at 6am), and General Admission (enter at 9am). By the time we decided to attend, which was the month before the festival, only the Early Bird and General Admission were available. The event started at 10am with a DJ, and 2 Reggae bands (one @ 12pm and the other @ 3pm). Attendees with tents on one side and everyone else on the other side. There were many vendors available - I even saw someone doing massages and another doing henna. Tastings to be had; Bottles to buy; Food to eat; Fun everywhere. We had a great time attending and all the employees we came across were so helpful. Parking is very uniform. We will be back to attend another of their festivals as they have different ones throughout the year.
