I can't afford to shop there regularly, but their bi-annual sales are legendary. Everything eventually comes down to 75% off. The staff are friendly and cheerful and very classy for this sleepy town (but I'm biased- some of them are Wake students). I should also mention the location- a shocking pink former gas station on the strip of Reynolda Road inhabited by Pink Mink, Fabians, 1703 and the Krankie's silver bullet. A must-stop for anyone driving back to the West End or Downtown from campus on a Friday afternoon. After you've finished sipping your iced coffee and blown your money on the summer sale, drive a bit further down Reynolda towards the west end and reward your exertion with a gelato from Cafe Gelato.

First off no one greeted me and then all I heard was the employees discussing what college they were going to. Which is fine, but it would have been great to get a hello first. They did notice I was carrying around a bit and offered to start a dressing room for me. My biggest issue was that the store was only open for two weeks and they had barely any smalls left in a lot of the styles. I went back a week later and still the same problem. This might just be something were they need to see what people are buying so they know what to order and right now don't have the ordering quite right. But, it is really disappointing to like multiple things and have there be no smalls in sight. Even with all that I will be back for sure. They have some nice pieces (when they have your size) at pretty affordable price points. I would put it on par with like Francesca's Collection. The store was an absolute mess. There were clothes and shoes all over the floor, and the shoe section looked like a tornado had gone through it. The fitting rooms were filthy and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in forever. Most of the locks didn't work. I'm not sure what's going on with this location, but the overall condition of the store today was really unacceptable. The cashiers were very friendly, which was the one positive part of my experience. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back to this location for a while. Hopefully, management can get things back in order because this used to be one of my favorite Ross stores.

I picked up jeans, and went to the dressing room and there was a sign to ask for a room. I asked and they told me one was open ? So I go try on jeans, put some back. I tried on a few more pairs with little luck. Each time I placed the pairs on the rack where they asked me to. On the third trip the employee stopped me at the door and said I could only have 8 items at a time. I did have 8 items including two I was buying. They brought me a basket and made me leave the clothes I was buying outside. I really didn't appreciate being treated like a shoplifter because I wanted to try on clothes.... I was appalled. I spent $90 and I love my clothes but I will never shop here again because of the way I was treated.
