Its been a while back since i went shopping at this Old Navy, but i enjoyed shopping here. Always great deals, friendly employees, & like how they organize the store for each season. You can always find what you're looking for and for a great deal. When i went it was earlier so it wasnt too busy but the cashier who helped me out did a great job being conscious of keeping everyone safe in the stores by wiping down the check stand after each customer and purchase and using sanitizer. I thought this was great and really showed the efforts of Old Navy to keep everyone in mind. Keep up the good work & can't wait for more holiday finds! read more

I keep checking for men's clothes and sometimes I get a great find and sometimes not. Will go in whenever I'm around. I have found some pretty decent finds and occasionally some home items and many items for my wife! read more

Oh my...the bathroom here was so nasty. The toilet was black with cleaner drips running down. The sink was black. The place where you dry your hands is spurting water all over the walls and floor. It was horrifying! I walked out feeling dirtier than when I walked in. It was uncomfortably hot in the store. I was excited to go to Maurice's after this. read more

It blows me away that old navy stores are such nazis when it comes to honoring prices! They literally have to go and check what you told them it's supposed to be, as if you're lying, and then they will legit argue with you as to why you are wrong when there's a clear f-Ing sign directly above or next to several of the same items showing the discount!!!! The sales people act like this price difference is coming directly out of their paycheck! And today, come to find out that prices online are NOT honored in store! So if you find a good deal online and don't want to pay the shipping charge, make sure they have the same price in store or offer free in store pickup otherwise you could be in for a rude awakening!! (The price online was one amount and the price in store was $17.00 HIGHER. But if I ordered it for in store pickup, while I was standing there in the store, with the item in my hand, I'd get the online price. HOW STUPID IS THAT?!) talk about a waste of time! When this store has good sales that they actually honor, their clothes are cool but at full, regular price, you guys are nuts! SO not worth full price. Update: once again, they don't honor their prices!! they have a sign for $8 for 3" shorts. There are like 5 stacks of shorts but "apparently" a couple of those stacks are one price and the others were $8. So when I wait in the slow moving line to purchase, I am told the shorts I picked are NOT part of the $8 sale. THEN WHY ARE THEY FOLDED ALL NEATLY WITH THE REST OF THEM THAT ARE?!? Move your crap where it belong and quit being sneaky about your prices!! I cannot stand old navy for this reason!! read more

I call old navy in Turlock to see if they can check if they had a color shirt that I needed. They put me on hold then when they had put me on hold for 3 min someone really ruid picked up the phone and said we don't have that here and I can hear them laughing in the background I'm like hello and some else pick up the phone a girl named Monique and she like im so sorry, the other girl wasn't trained on picking up the phone and that she was new thats all bs both are lazy to go check if they had the shirt. read more

Grand openings are generally cause for celebration and today the opening of Old Navy in Turlock caused much rejoicing. Old Navy is a good place to buy clothes for you and your family for very little money. Clothing for everyone from infant to adult, even pets can be found. The layout is similar to other Old Navy locations and is easy to navigate. The sales associates were friendly and helpful. I found a couple of cute wardrobe basics that I needed. I don't mind spending a lot on my clothes, but it is nice to find bargains and Old Navy definitely has plenty of those. This is a great addition to the retail market of the area and many people will benefit . read more

Since opening in Turlock, this has always been my go to Old Navy store. The lines have always been annoying but today the place was a disaster. Today I came in to make some Christmas returns and was shocked at the mess. There was no boys section size 8-18. NOTHING. So I was unable to make an exchange for my sons jackets. The mess was all through the store. Clothes were in heaps all over the place. Clothes with hangers attached just tossed all over the place and on the floor. So I waited in the line that went to the back of the store to make my returns. Where's everyone at? They certainly aren't in the store keeping it organized. I won't be back. read more

They definitely have a new manager and new employees. I was hesitant to drive here from Modesto after reading the reviews. Yikes! But we braved it and we're glad we did. Obviously it is under new management. Everything was stacked neatly and they had plenty of employees working throughout the store. We found a lot of clothes for them whole family. So glad we came. Went shopping there during Black Friday and oh boy..........I will never go there during that time again. They had an awkward layout that just didn't work. Where the cash registers are, didn't make sense either. I do not recommend anyone to shop around that time there. Other than that, the employees were just dolls. Great customer service. Every one was very friendly. That I give have to give them an A+ on. The store was much cleaner and more organized than others that I've been to, so that I like as well. I will continue to check it out every time I'm in town. Good job Turlock Old Navy employees for your great customer service. read more

I am a huge fan of Old Navy, being the little brother brand of Gap. Styles and prices are always great. Coupons are always available online if you google it. Turlock finally got one after almost a decade of hearing rumors about one. This store is brand new so it's clean and organized. Only complain is that the store is located in the Monte Vista Shopping center, so it will add to the already congested shopping center. read more

One star is too generous. I had to question if this is an outlet store. The store has piles of clothes, unorganized. The racks are over packed ,making it difficult to find your size. I don't expect Nordstrom appearance when shopping here but this store today and the last time I came in (over 6 months ago) looked worse than any Walmart on Black Friday. I think Old Navy needs to take a look at the Management of this store. On a regular Friday morning waiting 30 minutes in line is ridiculously crazy. I didn't need anything bad enough to deal with this. read more

Unbelievably frustrating. I made a large purchase online and I purchased one size too big. I went into the store to exchange for the correct sizes so I could try them on and I did not get the same prices as I had gotten online for the exact same items I was exchanging. The store was hot. I was online for almost an hour! Then when I got to the front, I was told there were problems exchanging the items because I forgot the receipt, but had purchased the items online with my old navy store card. I was able to show them the order number and purchase and it was still an issue. After standing at the register for over 30 minutes, I walked out spending more on items than I originally purchased them for online, got, tired, frustrated and craving a cocktail as my blood pressure was through the roof. I will NEVER come back to this store. To add to more frustration, there was a line around the store and only 3 people on registers with 3 others available and employees wandering around the store with nothing to do. read more

Although my kids love the clothes, DO NOT get suckered into applying for their credit card! They gave me such a good deal, I thought it was great, until I was ready to pay the cashier. Then she told me that she had already put my amount into my credit card without my permission/ asking me first! I tried paying it off online but they did not inform me, that the payment did not through, until they had charged me $25 for late payment. I was so frustrated with the automated system. It would not let me talk to an agent. So I closed my acct with them, and they in turn reported it to the credit bureaus. So if you care about your credit. DO NOT OPEN A CREDIT CARD WITH OLD NAVY! It will give you lots of problems! read more

Literally was Assaulted and punched in the back by an old cholo Hispanic women. My husband and I were walking out of the fitting room with our kids, and these two Hispanic women slightly moved out of our way. So I said excuse me as we were passing through. And the woman em punched me in the back so I shockingly turned around and said I SAID EXCUSE ME!! I didn't understand why she punched me, and she said OMG I THOUGHT YOU WERE Vanessa!! I said WHAT!? Why would you punch me? And she just responded by saying oh YOUR NOT VANESSA!? I was like NO!! And she just said sorry and started to explain herself to the other lady that was with her and she started bitching saying that oh well you apologize to her so what, why she is upset.. WTF!!! Who wants to go into a retail store and randomly get punched by a complete stranger. I told the girl who rang me up and she just chuckled and IGNORED the WHOLE situation. Thank you OLD NAVY, for allowing customers to be assaulted in your store and then disregarding it casually. I was so upset and uncomfortable I just wanted to get out of there!! I will never come back. And it still hurts where she punched me.. well I guess your welcome Old Navy for not causing a seen and calling the cops to file a and ASSULT!! read more

The clothing is great the customer service could be better. I was recently at the San Mateo one and as soon as the line got long they talked on their headsets that all the staff wear, and asked for more cashier's. This place nope, there was plenty of people folding clothes.. Hanging out.. What seemed to be the manager kept going to a register and looking at something then walking away. It doesn't matter what your status is, you need to jump in and help your crew. I won't be back to this Old Navy, I'll stick to shopping online. read more

They always have a good selection of marked down clothing and in a variety of sizes which is good. I chose to not rate this a 5 because i have been there numerous times and Every time there is a fairly large line. The employees seem pretty nice and I like how many fitting rooms there are. You can expect this store to have the same clothes as other Old Navy stores. What makes this store stand out is their amazing customer service. Everyone us so friendly and helpful. I hate going into a store and being asked ever 2 steps if I'm finding everything okay. This store is not like that. Help is available when you need it, but you won't be bugged! read more

Dirty, dirty, DIRTY! I can never find anything here because their store is always such a friggin mess! Don't even bother walking even remotely near the clearance section! There are always 98 people tearing the entire section apart trying to find a bargain. Their prices really aren't even that high so idk what they're flipping out over.... But, I think their clothes are cute but I won't go to this location. Besides all of that their front doors are so shaky when they slide open they seriously seem like they're going to fall down! Always long lines and about a 30 minute wait to ring out, I don't think I've ever seen an employee operating the fitting room, and the place is always a mess! Visited the Turlock store Friday evening 11/30/18. My problem was with the cashier line. There were a lot of people in line and only 1 cashier who was chatting and moving slowly as she tried to sign her customer up for the Old Navy credit card. If the line is long and everyone in the line looks irritated about the wait and hot, don't slow things down even more to sign people up for a credit card! The 2nd cashier wasted all time I was in line on the phone with someone who had a question about an item in the store. Your priority should be the people in the store at the time - NOT THE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE! Customer service is gone in this store. One man had a handful of stuff to buy and got so annoyed with the long wait that he dropped his merchandise and left! It was so hot in the store, I was sweating. When I finally made my purchase and was out the door, it felt so nice and cool and I swear, I'll never go back. read more

Absolutely disgustingly dirty. I don't think the place has ever been dusted or cleaned. There are dust balls the size of kittens rolling around the floor and in the dressing room I used, I literally had to brush my socks off before putting my shoes back on. All of the little "sucker you into buying something extra" bins along the register line are filled with crumbs, dirt, and in one even a used toothpick. I went in to buy a few pairs of jeans. There was absolutely no organization by size, requiring me to pull nearly every pair off the shelves to find my size. I mentioned these issues to my cashier and she couldn't have cared less. The Regional Manager or someone from their corporate office ought to pay this store a surprise visit to see for themselves how disgusting it is. I know I won't be back. read more
