The "manager" couldn't do a single thing for us after her staff failed to mention what their policy was when we had gone to the store 2 weeks prior. This location of Jacadi get 4 stars for their clothes but the staff and policies made me sure that I wouldn't be returning. Looks like I will be visiting a lot more childrens clothing stores in the area.

The next day I went back to the store and wanted the return the item I didn't like. But the same staff told me I couldn't get a return on my credit card but only a store credit can be issued!!!! And she said the "full return" she mentioned yesterday meant a "full return to store credit". What a joke?!?! This is totally a fraud!!!!! She knew that I only need ONE dress for my daughter but didn't remind me when I bought two assuming I can return the other one!! And the way she talked to me was really bad and arrogant and she didn't feel sorry at all! I saw the other reviews of this store and many people had same experience. So I think they are playing this policy on purpose to raise their sales. I will NEVER EVER shop at Jacadi at bayview village again!

There are special promotions for the opening week. The staff were all super friendly and kept asking if we found everything okay and needed any assistance. The line for the fitting room did get quite long, as there was a rush of customers as soon as the store opened. The line for check-out moved quickly, as you could self-checkout at one of the machines (there were plenty of staff available for support) or line up for a traditional checkout.
