After visiting the Clearwater Macy's, it's "very clear" to us that it's the better location…read more This Macy"s location has great parking. That's all. The store is old, outdated, it always seems, picked over, not a lot of choices/sizes. Most of all, the service, is clearly very rude. After last visit, the service was so rude we won't be back to this location. When I went to pay, the lady at the register wanted me to give her my phone number, which I declined. Then she wanted me to sign up to the "rewards program" which I declined. She pressured me on it and I repeatedly declined. Then she wanted me to sign up for the Macy's Credit Card which I declined, again, repeatedly. I told her I do not want to be on your email lists. I do not want to give you my personal phone number or personal information for your "discounts." I don't want a new Macy's Credit Card I just want to pay for my items. She was clearly annoyed & gave me clearly, super negative attitude. Which is strange, as she clearly doesn't own Macy's so why does it even matter to her?? All this nonsense about giving your personal phone/info at every store is NOT for DISCOUNTS, it's just to collect your "data" to sell to Big Tech for more surveillance & control. I don't want to be on your "lists" I don't want another app on my phone, I don't want your employees to try to force me to give them my personal info. I do not comply. I will NEVER comply. And I will pay CASH from now on to boot. And I will never return to this location. The Clearwater Macy's is clearly, way way better. OuiOui. I hope I have made myself clear. Will never return.

We just left and they were having a store wide FLASH SALE ( including a bunch of Farm Rio! ) and there is always a rack outside with some crazy deals on other top brands like BuddyLove. I ordered. Farm Rio slip dress a couple of weeks ago and shipping was very fast. MISRED is always staffed with the sweetest people. Today was no different. There is always adorable new jewelry available, purses, shoes, sneakers and great gifts. If MISRED opened in Tampa ( consider this a plea ) - I would probably skip Anthropologie altogether. The selection here is honestly second to none. MISRED is TEN stars. I wonder if... the seating placed between the dressing rooms could be oriented so that those sitting would be facing the door to the outside. The rooms have privacy curtains but I have knocked those during changing, only to see someone's husband or boyfriend sitting one foot from my dressing room facing me. This has happened several times so I'm generally rushing and trying things on over my existing clothes Just a teensy thought though might not bother others! This shop is worth the drive over the bridge 1000%!

Something is very wrong with this place. It has way too many issues…read more The first couple times I visited, I sweated my clothes completely out both times I was there. They told me they were working on the AC. However, it never improved. It's a sweat fest every time. It's so hot in this store, even in Winter, I have now discovered. Also, last Thursday, I popped in & same thing, a sweat locker. And, the bathrooms were completely closed off. The man that was working there told me that the bathroom's have been out for 3 weeks & counting. How do you run a business when you have no AC for months and no bathrooms for 3 weeks? Ridiculous! Completely unacceptable. Do Not Recommend this location. Will never return.

I work at a Victoria's Secret myself, so I chimed in quite a bit out of habit but Nina was still so nice about it and helped us find sizes too since their store was organized a bit differently than the one I work in back in NY. However, we got no help once we were in the fitting room. No one came back to check how the bras were fitting, what my roommate liked & didn't like, or if there was another strapless style she wanted to try. That's not how I was trained, so perhaps that's why it bothered me so much that my roommate was let into a fitting room and then never engaged with while in there. Once we left the fitting room, people checked back in with us only briefly. Nina ended up being the one who cashed us out so it was pleasant at the start and the end of our experience here, but there was some disappointing moments in between.

The Shop used to be THEE PLACE to go when I was in high school for trendy, feminine blouses,…read moredresses and accessories. I hadn't been back for seven-ish years until this past weekend when I stopped in with my friend. And truthfully not much has changed, but my perspective has. I'll start with the pros: I experienced excellent customer service. I was offered a glass of champagne upon entering the store. Rachel and (I can't remember the other girl's name) were super attentive, promptly taking the items we picked up into fitting rooms and going in the back to look for other sizes. There's a great variety of accessories to browse. Plenty of sale and last chance items to look at as well. Now for the cons: Parking is the worstttt (I went on a Saturday). There's a burger spot right across the street, so the limited street parking adjacent to the building could be occupied by those patrons (Perhaps on weekdays there are fewer patrons at the restaurant). There are a few spots in the back of the building which is where I ended up. I suppose you could park down the neighborhood street and walk. The selection was...underwhelming. I hate to compare businesses like this, but I frequent other boutiques with a similar target audience closer to downtown and their selections are much better. The prices feel out of touch to me, but that's not saying much. I don't like spending money. I found that the clothes weren't very size inclusive either. Would I go back? Sure. I picked up a cute blouse that was on sale and some distressed white denim shorts. You can definitely find things in there, but it wouldn't be my first stop.
