Unfortunately, one of the girls who had work there for 15 years.. Moved back to Japan last year. THANKFULLY, there are other girls who run the counter... And if there is no one on the counter at the time... EVERYONE else Jumps in from other counters to help out the customers.. I love how SWEET, knowledgeable and helpful.. EVERYONE ALWAYS is.. Last time I was in the store I was told I had to come back when the manager was in the store by someone who knew nothing about clothing (measurements, style, zero). She explained that it would clean the upper sole part of my shoe. It did not work at all and was totally ineffective. Horrible product - please do not ever consider purchasing the soft sole shoe cleaner!!!! The worst part of this matter is that when I went to return this faulty product the store manager would not allow me to return. In this day and age, that is horrific customer service policy. What happened to the customer is always right. Unfortunately, I will never shop at this store again, and I don't recommend anyone else to. Why would you shop somewhere, where they don't allow you to return a faulty poduct that you don't want..

My friend and her husband, who I was with, found a dress on the $10 rack and decided to buy it. At the checkout the cashier, Tashima, told my friend the dress cost $30. When my friend let her know she found it in the clearance rack, she proceeded to walk to where the dress was supposed to be located and told her very rudely it was in the wrong spot and shrugged her shoulders. My friends husband, caught off guard from her remarks, decided to buy it to avoid any confrontation. We left the store a little shocked by her unapologetic "it's not my problem" type of attitude and continued walking through the mall. When my friend later decided to return the dress the same cashier, Tashima, was extremely unprofessional about the return and called my friends husband a "d** for making her return the dress." Unbelievable! I made a separate purchase but another worker took over thankfully. Unbelievable customer service, we will not be returning to this store.
