During my recent visit to this store, it was fully stocked with women's t-shirts, leggings, pajamas, sweatpants, underwear, etcetera. From Aerie I most often purchase their bras, which are available in my size, fit comfortably, and last many years. Their regular price was $55 each, which is more than what I wanted to spend, so I felt thankful that they were on sale for two for $65. In addition, when I got to the checkout counter, the cashier noticed that I had a $5 birthday reward, and I appreciated using it. So two bras for $60 total.

Therefore, we went back to the store (with a receipt) to return them & get his money back. They apparently only offer store credit on a gift card for most returns. I don't mind wearing a men's work boot, but I wear a women's size 9. For women with smaller feet, I don't know that they would find something to fit them. On a side note, they have an adorable baby/children's section of camo clothing!

He easily ordered them at checkout to be delivered to my home at no charge. About 24 hours later, here they are! Total surprise they arrived no fast. As I have also shopped at J. As Xsavion was trying to assist me, a manager ( Lisa) yelled across the store telling him to go size clothes. She never spoke a word to me, never asked if I needed help with anything. After looking around for about ten minutes unassisted while seeing everyone else walk through the door and be greeted & assisted or asked to wait, I chose to just leave. I can't say customer service is bad, because an employee did try to service me, but they most definitely need to step up management, because I have never been in a store where managers are so loud, uncouth & unapologetically rude! Her actions were very unnecessary & cost the store a sale, because I walked in with full intentions of purchasing Christmas gifts & Lisa changed my mind.

I found a pair of like-new black dress sandals for $12 that I'll wear next spring. I considered a like-new pair of cowboy boots for $20, but I have a pair that I need to wear more. I tried on a pretty dress by Banana Republic for $12 that will look better on someone else. They had accessories, too. This is a lovely store in a strip mall with a parking lot.

They were attentive without being overbearing. There's another purse store in the Outlets where I feel like the employees stalk me throughout the space, but I didn't get that here. I also liked how there was no pressure selling. When I paused to look at a purse either I was able to do so without any comments or they'd talk about the style, the use, and any feature I may have missed. When I opted for a purse they kindly rang my purchase. It was a very easy shopping experience!

Browsing can be a chore here because when you finally have a chance to look at something another customer is attempting to make their way down the aisle and push you out of the way. Being that this location is a seasonal location, the set up was really awkward. They used the space to the best of their ability, but it just didn't work well overall. Being that I was here during the holidays, a lot of what they had to offer was picked over. But I should have expected that.
