They were friendly and helpful. The clothes were arranged by size and color, and are spread out, not tightly hung together. The items I looked at were gently used. I found a pair of like-new black dress sandals for $12 that I'll wear next spring. I considered a like-new pair of cowboy boots for $20, but I have a pair that I need to wear more. I tried on a pretty dress by Banana Republic for $12 that will look better on someone else. They had accessories, too. This is a lovely store in a strip mall with a parking lot.

This store, being an outlet location, was set up where the back corner of the store was kids, front left and middle of the store was women's, and the right was men's. The kids section was kind of lacking. When I say this, the stock was out, but not all sizes were represented. There was one hoodie that I wanted to grab, they only had it in a large. A large in the kids section looked more like infant/toddler. I had to move to the women's section to grab what I needed. Although, going to the women's section meant better sizing, which was weird. But less variety. For some reason, the sizes crossed over, what was a women's small/medium, was more of a kid's large, and better suited than what was in the kid's section. But a lot of what was offered was one-toned. In the end, my niece did enjoy what she got. She has worn the two hoodies multiple times and I don't blame her, we are in hoodie weather.

The only issue was that the store was very disorganized, and it was extremely difficult to find any sizes, styles, or brands. The merchandise was all over stuffed on the racks in a random assortment. This was super frustrating and made it take forever to find what we needed. We did have a good experience otherwise. John was very friendly and helpful at the checkout. When I entered the store, an employee said hello and told me about sales. Much of the merchandise was 40% off or more. As I walked around, I saw fully stocked racks and shelves. I felt most interested in the women's fashions. I liked the styles of women's shirts, jeans, coats, underwear, and purses. Not to give too much information, but Calvin Klein is my favorite brand of underwear, and I felt happy to see that the underwear had two discounts. At the checkout counter, an employee promptly and politely rang up my purchase and thanked me. Four pairs of Calvin Klein underwear for $42 is about is low of a price as you can find anywhere!

They had loads of costumes, plenty of outdoor decor & a good selection at their T-shirt wall. It didn't feel like this location lacked too many items. I also liked how they had animatronics out that I hadn't seen in person yet this year. There were a good handful set up which I was surprised to see given the size of the store. Still, this area didn't feel clustered at all either. When checking out, the employee was friendly & got me on my way quickly.
