The shelves and racks were fully stocked and well organized. The employees did their jobs.

For several years, I have occasionally shopped in this store. The quality of clothing is decent, and the prices can be reasonable. As seen in my previous review, I bought a high-quality fall coat here for a low price, and the employees courteously served me. Most recently, I felt most interested in this store's polo shirts for my husband. The store was having a 50%-off sale, so I felt happy with the prices. I also liked the women's tees that cost only $13 each. I, however, ended up buying only two six-pair packs of socks. Both an employee and a sign told me that the socks were BOGO. I stood at the checkout counter for several minutes. An employee folded shirts and did not even say hello to me. I told her that I was ready to check out, and she replied that she was new. Another employee eventually came and rang up my purchase as regular rather than sale price. I mentioned the sale to him. He had to get a third employee to correct the price in the cash register.

This is a must-stop any time I'm visiting the Prime Outlets. Prices are fairly predictable between…read morevisits, and there almost always something that qualifies as a great deal. I've never felt claustrophobic here - only mentioning that since other outlets here can get pretty congested and hard to navigate through. Salespeople are pleasant and willing to help, and are never pushy/annoying. Huge plus! The store has a pretty good location too, at the end of one of the central rows. I'll continue to be a regular here for the foreseeable future.

I occasionally shop at Old Navy, mostly for shirts. The quality of the clothing is not high but acceptable, and the prices are reasonable. During my recent visit, this store had a large selection of clothing for all genders and ages. The store was having a 30%-off sale that made the prices fairly low. In early October I saw Christmas clothing on the racks. No employees talked to me as I was looking around, but they otherwise did their jobs.

This is just a normal Old Navy store. Could you imagine an outlet old navy? The prices would be dirt cheap! They are cheap to begin with anyway. The store was easy to navigate and similar to all the other stores I've been in. Thankfully, everyone (both customers and staff) was wearing masks as required. The dressing rooms were open, which I was surprised to hear. The bathrooms were not open to the public. The socially distant line to checkout is long, but it moves fast. It's just a good spot to pick up some cheap sandals and summer dresses for me, plus I like their selection of toddler/boys clothes. The baby selection was really lacking, but I saw they have a special Old Navy children's store somewhere in the outlet, so maybe they just have more options there. Good experience over all.

Staff here is always great. All the staff interacts and talks with you. Sure part of that is to keep an eye on Merchandise, but once they realize you are a coach fan they will start making recommendations and help you find stuff. And they tend to have sales which some times are good and some times are laughable. In the current environment the sales don't tend to be great. Depending on your mood the salespeople are either passionate or aggressive. They are always watching ready to pounce at any moment a customer pauses to look at an item. Touch something and they start salivating. They have to work on a commission for the amount of attention they place on people emphasizing the sale. Emphasizing the deals. EVERYTHING IS IN HOT DEMAND! The last time I was here I did not linger long because every time I paused I would glance over my shoulder to see them standing close behind widely grinning. It was a bit much.

When I entered the store, an employee said hello and told me about sales. Much of the merchandise was 40% off or more. As I walked around, I saw fully stocked racks and shelves. I felt most interested in the women's fashions. I liked the styles of women's shirts, jeans, coats, underwear, and purses. Not to give too much information, but Calvin Klein is my favorite brand of underwear, and I felt happy to see that the underwear had two discounts. At the checkout counter, an employee promptly and politely rang up my purchase and thanked me. Four pairs of Calvin Klein underwear for $42 is about is low of a price as you can find anywhere!

Sometimes they have some really great sales and other times you have to be careful because Nike is very expensive to begin with and sometimes the discounts are not that great. Today, thankfully, it was one of those days where I made out like a bandit. I wear Nike Air Zoom Pegasus, running shoes, which retail for $130+. The clearance rack in the back is your best bet for great deals on shoes and I picked up two pair of Pegasus and a pack of three socks which were already deeply discounted and they just happen to be having an extra 20% off of shoes that day. To top it off if you download the Nike store app, you can get another 15% off your first purchase. So I got two pairs of running shoes and three pairs of socks for 90 bucks, which is less than one pair of shoes. If you don't find anything in Nike, you've got 100s of other stores to choose from in this prime outlets mall at Grove City.

They had a main clearance section in the back and some other sales pairs scattered through the store. They had a wide selection of shoes, clothing, socks, and accessories. We were mainly there for shoes. They had tennis shoes, hiking shoes, boots, sandals, slippers, etc. They were running a special that if you bought one pair full price you could get 50% off one or two additional pairs. We looked around and found several pair that were nice for my SO to try on. The staff was friendly and asked if we needed help and seemed knowledgable. He narrowed it down to three pair he liked. However, the one pair they only had in brown and he needed it in black. The staff said they could find it in stock at another store and have it shipped to us at no additional cost. We got a great deal on 3 pairs of shoes and the third pair arrived at the front door in less than a week. His feet have been happy and enjoying his new shoes. We definitely plan on another trip in the future to find some more shoes for a great deal.
