This toy store caters ages of 4 mos and up. A wonderful selection of wooden toys to choose from. Many of the toys are Eco friendly and made from recycled materials. Yesterday, 6/18/24, my daughter and I were wandering around old town Eureka & we stumbled upon this…read moreamazing shop. This is a place you could easily spend hours in discovering treasures. The selection is truly impressive, from literal Victorian clothing, to 1970's disco jumpsuits. My daughter found a gorgeous dress with a black tulle skirt and red satin rhinestone embellished sash for only ten bucks! But the real star of the show was the girl who worked there & I wish I'd gotten her name. She had short dark hair & was the sweetest, most wonderful young woman. She couldn't have known how much her kindness mattered, but it did. We have just moved here & my daughter is having a tough time, worrying about whether or not she'll fit in or be happy here. This salesperson was precisely the kind of person my daughter admires and we talked briefly about anime and video games and...maybe it didn't seem like much to her, but it meant a lot to us. She asked about returns at purchase and made sure to get a gift receipt. The sales clerk took all the tags off when she put everything in the gift box. When they tried to return/exchange they were denied. Not even store credit. This is ridiculous. DON'T SHOP HERE!

But this was urgent! We quickly found a section of nice coats, too crowded on their racks. Some discounted some not. Now after finding a coat I think I'll love the cashier was not overly friendly, but found out here on YELP there is some kind of membership program? ‍ Really sad service, there wasn't another customer in that part of the store?
