But this was urgent! We quickly found a section of nice coats, too crowded on their racks. Some discounted some not. Now after finding a coat I think I'll love the cashier was not overly friendly, but found out here on YELP there is some kind of membership program? ‍ Really sad service, there wasn't another customer in that part of the store? I immediately placed the item and receipt in a bag and placed in my car intended to go return in that week but being a super busy full time working mom I forgot. Well I just remembered today so I went to return the item and I was a few days, literally, past their 45 day return policy. They were adamant that they do not make exceptions to their returning policy, they didn't offer me in store credit, nothing. I was so disgusted and upset I told them to keep it and I walked out without the item! I will not be returning there again! I absolutely love local businesses and hers was a mash up of different artists and collections from across the US in one place. It's a great place to get a Knick knack or souvenir. The owner has a very friendly, cute dog and you can bring yours in as long as your dog gets along with other ones. There's an array of stuff here, my friends bought pants there and they love them. There's a tons of shirts and sweatshirts with cool designs on them that are really good quality. There's a lot of art and jewelry from local artists, and there's really unique things like a rolling pin that says "I like big buns" and some really cool etched glassware. The owner told us that she's a screenprinter and she prints on stuff and that's how she opened the shop. She had friends make designs and she would put them on things.
