I called and let them know that I ended up with this situation and just asked them to let customers be aware of it (at minimum) or that they might want to at least check the store and the refused to do either thing. They'd rather hide it and have other end up paying a ton of money by needing an exterminator and having to throw things away than admit that they need to take care of this issue. We will never be going back for this reason. I'd be so frustrated if a company knew they had an issue like that and refused to do anything or let others know to at least check what they buy. So disappointed!

Their posted hours online say they are open until 8 but I've tried going there at 6:30 and 7 pm to the lights all being off and no one there. I've tried calling before I come in because I live about 35 minutes from the store and it rings twice and it seems like someone picks up but doesn't say anything. I'm just getting really frustrated because I need those clothes for our family events this weekend!! Says they open at 10 online this morning, I sure hope that's true because I'm getting ready to try AGAIN to pick up my items.
