I believed it was at 9:30 a.m., but it was actually scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Rather than simply helping me reschedule, I was told I would have to pay a $50 missed appointment fee. I understand that offices have policies, but I was hoping for a little grace given the circumstances and the fact that I have been a patient for a few years. That $50 cost them a returning customer. I won't be coming back. It's unfortunate when it feels like policy and revenue are valued more than long-term patient relationships and compassion. I love browsing as there are so many interesting products at Ulta - they have tons of skincare, makeup, supplements, haircare, and more. This location has a mini salon and they offer hair services and brow services. There is plenty of parking as it's in a strip mall, so it's usually an easy in and out. The employees working the checkouts are typically very friendly and helpful.
