I found it on accident and was in a hurry the first time, but tonight I stopped in as I've been looking for a leather jacket that did not have the collar and didn't cost $1,400. I still can't believe it, but Brian has just bought the jacket I'm wearing right now this morning. It is brand new with the tags and fits me perfectly. I am awaiting the alterations. Mauricio was helpful when I followed up on the alterations. They give you quite a few coupons and rewards. I plan on supplementing my wardrobe as the local department stores seem to have a pretty limited selection. Some of the casual shirts were pretty cool.

She listened and found exactly what I was looking for; I actually ended up buying two pairs of jeans which are super cute and fit great. When it comes to jeans there are so many options and it is difficult navigating it all solo. I have to buy jeans for short people but Hannah said -no problem- we offer free hemming. Come on! Made my day. I called today just to make sure alterations are on track because I need them for a trip and spoke with the manager; she answered on first ring and told me that they will be ready sooner than promised. I went back to exchange them (no tags, but clearly unworn and within the return window) and was treated horribly by two employees, Daniel Slater and Alexis -- one of whom said they were a manager. I was flat-out denied any help because the tags were missing, with zero attempt to acknowledge the manufacturing issue or offer a solution. No flexibility. No customer service. No respect for long-time customers. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable -- just an exchange for a defective item. Instead I walked out frustrated and honestly shocked at how dismissive they were. Just a heads-up for anyone shopping there: if something is wrong with a product, don't expect Boot Barn to stand behind it.
