Location - it is SUPER easy to get to, right on the Black Horse Pike off of the AC expressway. The mall is literally surrounded by parking lots. Heads up to all you XMas shoppers, that small JCPenney lot in the back is usually empty. ;) The mall has three department stores in it, Sears, JCPenney, and Macy's, and inside you will find the average mall fare - Bath and Body Works, Express, Disney Store, Victoria's Secret, Puppy Mill Pet Store, sub-par food court.... its all there. Another bonus is it's proximity to Best Buy, Target, Borders, and Starbucks. They are literally across the street. There are also some retaurants scattered around - Ruby Tuesdays, Red Lobster, Olive Garden... Not the rolls royce of restaurants, but you're in South Jersey so get over it! I've spent many a days at the Hamilton Mall, and I still hit up the area when I come home to visit and need to get some shopping done.

The mall was packed and the roads were horrible because of the last minute Christmas shopping. I purchased them and went home. Come to realize there was only 1 shoe in the box. Me being pissed I called them and drove all the way back out there to get this shoe I paid 60 dollars for. Which took about 40 minutes because of the traffic. The second time they screwed me over was about 2 weeks ago when they had me purchase another pair of Sanuks but they realized they didn't have the other shoe that went together! I immediately got my money back and left. The third and the last time they will screw me over again was today. I went back to see if they had the same Sanuks I tried buying 2 weeks ago. I was the only customer in there. But the guy cashier was so rude he was talking to 2 of his friends and every other word that came out of his mouth was a curse word. He didn't care that me and my little sister were waiting there. FINALLY he had one of his friends that DIDN'T EVEN WORK THERE go get me the shoe. I did check the box being that they screwed me over twice before. I saw that there were the same so It didn't cross my mind they'll be different sizes. I bought them I went home. I opened the box to find a size 6 shoe and a size 8 shoe. Never again will I give them my service. Worst shoe store I have ever been to.

She asked what everyone was there for in line. I camly said I was waiting in line for an appointment for our upcoming wedding. Instead of assisting me, the manager began raising her voice and telling me they do not make appointments because it is prom season. I told her I had an email confirmation and talked to someone a few hours ago who called me to confirm. She said that mustve been the other manager who just left sick. Which makes no sense if one manager was confirming appointments why is the other one berating me that they do not take them. She continued to scream at me infront of the entire store from across the room. Everyone was staring and looking at me. I left on tears.... I was there to discuss and book tuxedos for an entire wedding party, so this was extremely disappointing. I completely understand that businesses can be busy during prom season, I was not trying to skip the line. but there is no excuse for speaking to customers in such a disrespectful manner. Being yelled at in the middle of the store was embarrassing and unprofessional. I did not expect special treatment--I simply expected the appointment that had been confirmed. The way the situation was handled ensured that I will be taking my wedding business elsewhere.

An employee immediately asked me if I needed help finding attire. After explaining my experience and the event I was attending, the employee helped me find the perfect suit for my event. I had to try on multiple jackets and suits to find the correct size and color that I liked, the employee was patient and helped me throughout the entire process. I'm grateful for the customer service because now I have the perfect suit for my upcoming event.
