After searching for a store associate - I was told I had to take them to register for a pice. So I stood in line and waited. The boot/shoe rang up $39.99 - "prefect, I'll take them" I told the cashier (in addition to 2 more pairs). Then I'm told the boots/shoes are actually $67.99. and I was given the wrong price. 10 seconds before I was told something completely different. The cashier said "sorry for your inconvenience but this is the price" - I then requested to speak to a manager. The manager was rude and not personable. She told me "the cashier rang up the wrong thing" and she would "example it to me but I wouldn't get it." She then " requested my patience since they've only been open a month. They are unable to price the items because they are busy" - the cashier was alone ringing items up - so why wasn't she being trained or being someone with her. I understand if this was their first week but a month into being open - the staff should have a understanding on how to ring items up or not be left alone. Finally she said "I can give them to you for $47.99, do u want them?" She was unprofessional and definitely needs a communication class. Also both bathrooms were out of order - not acceptable... the hall that leads to the bathroom had boxes stack over 6ft tall. It was a safety hazard squeezing pass them only to discover out of order bathrooms.

The guy in front of me had 3 pairs of shoes, and the cashier went in the back, and was still in the back when I left the store.
