These items should stay in their original sale areas. Then, to add to my unnecessary trip upstairs, signs are posted to check out with customer service. I must wait for the staff to finish ringing up purchases if I have a customer service issue. Customer service should be customer service and nothing more or less. We strongly desire to maintain the traditional department store experience with available customer service personnel whenever needed. If I wanted the off-price store experience, I would visit an off-price store. Give us back our customer service personnel and place all sale items in their respective areas.

These barns are very good for late style clothing, especially the basics, like socks, U'ees, sweaters and the like. My wife is required to wear black pants, cranberry shirt for her job. Marshalls is an excellent store for finding these type of things at a great price. She found a couple pair of slacks that fit well, and then filled up the shopping cart with multiples of men's socks, Columbia briefs and Tees for the stepson, brother and yours truly. Really wasn't in the need to buy anything, but it doesn't hurt to look. Basic setup that you would find in any of their other outlet stores. Large space that is filled to the brim with their shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, etc. I always love their hoodies so I spent a good portion of my time browsing that section. Did I need to? No, but I did anyway. Staff were pleasant and made sure I was taken care of. They also made me aware of the sales they were having and that if I needed anything to just ask.
