She asked what everyone was there for in line. I camly said I was waiting in line for an appointment for our upcoming wedding. Instead of assisting me, the manager began raising her voice and telling me they do not make appointments because it is prom season. I told her I had an email confirmation and talked to someone a few hours ago who called me to confirm. She said that mustve been the other manager who just left sick. Which makes no sense if one manager was confirming appointments why is the other one berating me that they do not take them. She continued to scream at me infront of the entire store from across the room. Everyone was staring and looking at me. I left on tears.... I was there to discuss and book tuxedos for an entire wedding party, so this was extremely disappointing. I completely understand that businesses can be busy during prom season, I was not trying to skip the line. but there is no excuse for speaking to customers in such a disrespectful manner. Being yelled at in the middle of the store was embarrassing and unprofessional. I did not expect special treatment--I simply expected the appointment that had been confirmed. The way the situation was handled ensured that I will be taking my wedding business elsewhere.

The store looks like a store that's going out of business. There are entire racks a shelves that are completely empty. Their shoe department is especially bad. If you do manage to find something you want to purchase, there is nobody around to check you out. There seems to only be employees working at the make up counters and they were few and far between. It's still good to go if you want to try a few things on for size, like Levi's jeans or dress pants, because the dressing rooms are open and you can bring in as much stuff as you want to try on without any problems because there is nobody there to tell you otherwise. I would rate service as non-existent, selection as poor and value as good if you buy items that are on sale.

I have a love/hate relationship going on with Old Navy right now…read more ON clothing has been a staple in my wardrobe for years: it's inexpensive, durably made, and they offer a great selection of "basics." Tshirts, tank tops, denim; it's hard to go wrong with Old Navy when you need to stock up on the essentials. And come on, you know you've got, like, 10 pairs of Old Navy flip flops too. They also run pretty great specials frequently. On St. Patrick's day I got an email offering 17% off everything that day only. I came in for a basic black tshirt and left with 2, because they were buy one get one free (!), for $7.05. As a brand, I think they're pretty hit-or-miss when it comes to "in style" clothing. Sometimes I come in and I love everything. Sometimes I come in and immediately walk right back out. Here's my main gripe with this location: when I was a big girl, and I needed a size 14 or up, all I could find was clothing in sizes 4 and 6. Absolutely abysmal stock in my size, and when I did find something with the right number, it fit horribly. Now that I'm smaller and actually need the size 4....you guessed it! All I ever seem to find are size 14 and XXL. The staff here really isn't all that friendly or helpful either. Occasionally there will be someone nice, usually the older woman at the register. But other than that, it's difficult to even get a greeting in here. Sheesh. Still, buy one get one free will keep bringing me back to Old Navy.

I've found that their active wear prices have drastically increased yet the quality remains the same which is mediocre. This store in particular had a clearance active wear section so I didn't feel as bad when I chose a few items because at the clearance price it felt like the right price if that makes sense. They also had some active tanks on sale for $8. Yet to my surprise when checking out I was informed that my coupon couldn't be applied to clearance and that the tanks weren't $8 but rather $11.89. ::SIGH:: I luckily had a hunch this would happen and took pics of the signage that was on ALL of the tanks and then the cashier believed me.....a total waste of my time even venturing in yet it re-solidified why I am not an Old Navy shopper. PS- this store in particular always looks a wreck which I can't understand because with only one cashier at the checkout the other employees should be straightening the overall presentation of the store. But what do I know?

I don't know about the cloths, but I know good service when I get it…read more This is more then a review....It's a story. Went to Atlantic City with my brother and some friends. My brother only brought one pair of pants. You guys know what I'm talking about. Sometimes its all about traveling light on cloths so there's more space in your bags for pre game booze. (Side Note: we were staying at Golden Nugget who is strict about bringing in outside booze so sneak it in) Either way it was about 1 hour till we were supposed to rendezvous for commence pre game when my brother comes out of the bathroom looking like he just missed the toilet and/or saw a ghost. Me: "What's up?" Him: "Just ripped my only pair of pants through the crotch, Give me a pair of yours." Me: "What?! You only brought one pair of pants?" Him: "Yeah give me a pair of yours" Me: ".....I only brought one pair" (Must be hereditary) Seconds later he's on the phone with this Express. "Do you have blah blah blah cut jeans in whatever size?" (When did Jeans start having names? Usually the only two things I ask about when buying jeans is "What's not skinny" and "What's on Sale") The lady gets back on the phone and tells him various styles they have in every size possible and different wash's. She tells him the mall closes in a hour and were about 15 to 20 minutes away. She says's she'll have them on the side when we arrive. We arrive my brother buy's the jeans and we're out of there. This isn't about the cloths because in the end....he didn't even wear them! I tried telling him no new jeans are gonna fit like that pair you've been wearing for a while, but he insisted on trying. He ended up wearing the old pair because like I told him from the beginning the crotch wasn't noticeably ripped unless he continued to walk around all night doing lunges. This is about customer service and in this instance Express nailed it.

Now I discovered that Sears bought the brand name Structure and Express has since sold their name to another company.
