I used to shop here all the time while living in the area. The prices qwre hard to beat..i could find clothes for me and also for the grand daughters. I especially loved their printed boxer shorts. Something for every holiday. Halloween pumpkins, turkeys, Santa, hearts, you name it and they had boxer shorts to match the holiday. Daughter wanted to get some denim pants so we went to Old Navy. The place looks a bit messy and it is sad to see it this way- like not a lot of people shop at stores anymore. There were two cash registers open while we waited in line to pay and by the time we got to the end of the line, one left. I thought, "What on earth would be more important than helping the last customer waiting in line to pay and get out of that store." So we waited some more. Old Navy serves its purpose for affordable t-shirts. Every few months I need to go through my t-shirt drawer and do an inventory. Out with the old, in with the new. I really try only to purchase new clothes that I need and will use. I sincerely do not like to purchase clothes I won't wear. Minimalism has become a real part of my life. Along with a great deal! Old Navy is an excellent place to purchase certain items, like t-shirts, lol. I stay away from the other products unless it is on sale. Yes, the sale items are amazing. I noticed when I was there some great deals on sweaters, but unfortunately none in my size. So, I stayed focused on my mission to purchase some shirts. This store is clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is social distancing signs and masks are enforced. I wandered around a bit to see if anything else caught my eye as a good bargain. I am a focused shopper when it comes to clothes and I got what I came for. Three t-shirts that fit perfectly. I recommend resisting the urge to buy a bottle of water at the checkout stand, it was expensive, but I was thirsty. Happy shopping and of course, YELPing! read more

I looked online for old navy hours in Marina the morning before coming. it said their hours were open until 7pm. upon arriving there was a sign saying they were closing by 4 so we had 15 minutes to shop and no time to try on clothes. The old navy card customer service is the most terrible ever. I had made my payment on time, they didn't notice me that there was an issue with the payment. I figured it out myself and make the payment again on time and now they charged me 29 dollars for late payment fee which is unacceptable. I am waiting for them to take full responsibilities for this situation. I tried to call the customer service on the phone and it is the worse. You will be talking with a robot who knows to say only make a payment and tell you the balance report. Nothing else, and this is not helpful at ALL. If I could have left no stars I would have. This was probably one of the worst customer service experiences in my life. From walking through the door to our exit, the staff was completely over the line rude and disrespectful. The cashiers made no attempt to help the shoppers in line who were clearly struggling with the coupon of the day and they went out of their way to embarrass a woman who was 100% correct that the advertising in the store was misleading and inaccurate and they not only wouldn't honor their mistake but they made her go back and pick up additional items when she didn't need to. I went back to Old Navy after the black out about a month later. Never did I get a phone call that their cash registers were up and running again. I looked for the 4 shirts I planned to buy before. Only one was available and I bought it. Just as I thought, surely the clerk just placed the shirts back for sale and never bothered to to call any of the customers as she promised she would. read more

This review is for the sales associates who work here. Not knowing the store closed at 9, I went in at 8:30 and took my time walking around. Each sales associate was very kind and didn't mind waiting for me to finish, I never once felt rushed or an inconvenience. I even asked a girl to find me a different size 5 minutes before closing. Now that I know what time you close- I won't do that again (sorry ladies). Now, for their clothes- blech. It's a hit or miss. The clothes are adorable on the shelves, but everything looks so-so on me, which could just be my body- who knows. Gonna make this short and sweet since this location just isn't getting it's sh*t together. Came in yesterday (5/15/18) at 3p. I didn't catch her name, but she's the heavier set gal wearing glasses. Lemme tell you, she must REALLY work her tail off because I caught her ALLLLL OVER the store resting on fixtures, playing on her phone and meandering. Not working. When she'd catch me on the corner of her eye, she'd abruptly stand up, hide her phone and look like she's actually working. Cue twenty minutes later and I go to cash out; there's one girl at the register with a customer that's buying a bazillion things. This slow check out has gathered a line - we're getting impatient. We wanna cash out and the cashier is working slower than ever. Remember Ms. Workerbee? She shuffles up, chit chats really fast, sees there are people waiting and proceeds to shuffle off and never return. As I'm standing in line, I can CLEARLY see her on her phone AGAIN and half assed folding clothes. At that point, it's obvious they don't give a flying eff about the customers and management needs to take a HARD LOOK at their staff. I promptly tossed my clothes on the pile of other clothes I'm guessing that were ALSO abandoned near the check out area (it looked like a closet vomited because people tossed stuff everywhere)...and now I see why. DO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE. You will be so frustrated that the $2 you saved on a T-shirt won't matter. read more

And go back a couple months later and find nothing. And even a few months later, and poof, one thing. Went to buy a jacket in Old Navy Sunday night...was having my phone fixed at Best Buy. The jacket was 40 % off...went next door to get my phone...returned Old Navy and they were closed. Went today Monday3/21 asked if they would honor the 40% as the sale changed last night. The manager Emma would not consider it for a minute. An employee took us aside and said she could do it...really bad customer service. I will definitely go else where to shop. Maybe they should get a new manager. read more

When you order online from Old Navy, as soon as you purchase your merchandise, the charge is immediately put on your credit card. I returned an item that was returned to Old Navy and received at their warehouse on April 6 and as of today, May 5 I still have not received my credit. Old Navy states to allow an additional 30 business days from when the item was received to see the credit. In counting my 30 business days, I may not see the refund until the middle of May. Will never shop online with them again. read more

If I could, I would give this place negative stars! The staff here is terrible! They hire these young, lazy girls who don't care about the customers or try to help them! There are two young Hispanic employees that speak badly about the Caucasian and Asian customers there as they stand around and do nothing but gossip! I have caught them a couple times speaking negatively about customers who ask them for help! I don't think this location would get any customers if it wasn't for Covid 19 restricting most of us from traveling. Not very good quality, but the prices, especially the sale prices, are fair enough. OK for kids' clothes that they're just going to outgrow before they can destroy, and OK for seasonal things that you'll probably discard after a season or two of wear. Corporate needs to change their policy. If someone returns an item, and someone else wants to use their store credit, the person who returned the item shouldn't have to sign for it. The associate made me feel like I had stolen it- she said the guy who got the store credit, was with another woman... I'm like, yeah! That was my cousin in-law! I was nursing the baby so didn't come in. WTH. She still insisted that he come in... so, he did... and now I have a crying baby. Thanks, lady/manager of Old Navy. read more

Went in tonight at 8:56pm tonight to just do a quick return on a pair of pants. I am a full time mom of 3 so it's hard to get out during the day. I walked in because the door was wide open and all lights were on. I wasn't acknowledged at all until I got close to the register and the woman working said "oh we're closed." The other employees just looked at me with no response. The sign says open till 9 pm so I'm wondering why they couldn't do a quick return in 4 min! The cashiers here were having a conversation for almost 5 minutes, (which seems a lot longer when you are just standing in one place waiting to be helped) before they decided they should ring me up for my purchases. They have some nice cheap (in price, not quality) clothes, basics that are probably part of most people's wardrobes. Good prices, not incredibly fashion-forward but they do have jeans for all types of bodies, which even come in short sizes :) The employees there were nice and knowledgable, but maybe should be more attentive of customers, and save private conversations for when there aren't customers around. read more

I went into ON yesterday and used my 30% off for one item coupon. I bought a couple of on sale pants for my son. The selection of items in the store for myself has improved since my last visit (my guess is they just go t their new line of clothing in). I will be going back this weekend to use my 30% off transaction coupon and buy some more school clothes for my son and maybe a few outfits for myself assuming they still have the ones I want. The cashier was very friendly and all the employees I passed smiled and acknowledged you and even offered assistance if needed. There were a few employees organizing the store that were having a loud conversation that could be heard through out the entire store. Overall a pleasant shopping trip. read more

I wish they had maternity clothes because my only other options are Target, Motherhood Maternity, and Kohls. This is a review of the incompetent staff at this location and the terrible customer service of Old Navy in general. I went to the Marina location to exchange two pairs of pants I was given as a gift for a smaller size. I handed the pants and receipt to the cashier, Hadier, and told her that I wanted to do an exchange. She said she would start by refunding the original purchase onto the credit card - to which I immediately replied, "I do not have the credit card with me and do not want to do a refund, as these were a gift." She said "that's okay, I just need to do two separate transactions." I figured, okay, she knows what she's doing and has some way of doing a refund/charge without the card preset. So, she scanned the pants I brought with me, printed a receipt, scanned the new pants and then asked me to pay over $50. That is exactly what I feared would happen, which is why I said I wanted to do an exchange and made VERY clear that I did not have the credit card with me. It was at this point she told me they cannot exchange clothes bought online in person. Annoyed that she had not told me this earlier, I simply asked her to reverse the first transaction so that I could leave with the pants I came in with. At this point she got her manager, Emma, and the two attempted to void the refund but to no avail. The manager left, and Hadier simply told me I would have to pay for the new pants and the best she could do was hold them for up to 24 hours - despite the fact that I tried to prevent this situation by making it clear I did not have a credit card and wanted to EXCHANGE the pants. Hadier offered NO apology, simply told me there was nothing she could do, and kept all pairs of pants behind the register. I tried to talk to her manager again, not accepting there was no way she could fix the fact that her employee issued a refund that I had clearly tried to avoid. She spent 15 minutes in the back calling customer service and came back with the same answer. On top of this, Hadier had apparently gone to the back room and told Emma that I was wrong and didn't mention not having the card until after she issued the refund - a COMPLETE LIE! Emma said she did not know who was right - ummmm, how about the CUSTOMER? After being insulted by management, I demanded that I just be given the two pairs of pants - a negligible loss for a huge conglomerate of clothing chains that use questionable labor practices to save money. I was only offered a pathetic $5 gift card for my troubles, which I rejected and then left the store empty-handed. So, not only did I lose two pairs of pants due to Hadier's incompetence which I had tried to prevent, but I was offered no apology from Hadier, was essentially accused of being a liar, and ended up spending nearly an hour simply trying to leave with the clothes that I walked in with! I did call customer support which at least offered me a $20 gift card - still $35 short of the cost of the items that were essentially stolen from me. Still, I doubt I will be going back there since it would require me to deal with their horrid customer service. I find it incredibly hard to believe that this company cannot spare two pairs of pants to remedy a situation their terribly trained employees created. Do yourself a favor and do NOT shop at this giant corporate chain that doesn't give a shit about its customers!!!!! read more

I have been to this Old Navy a few times now and everytime I buy something is rings up wrong. They tried to overcharge me by almost $18.00. Maybe there is an issue with the computer? I have rarely been so insulted by a stores policy. I got a few pieces of clothing that did not fit for Christmas. I went to return the items with a gift receipt and was told I could only get a gift card. I explained to the clerk that I was returning the clothing cause it didn't fit.
