Yes Old Navy has some great quality inexpensive items, but this location always has a line. Even if they have 3-4 registers open! Craziness. Not sure if the cashiers are just being super friendly and chatting away with the customers or what. I did need to come here twice just to return items that I had purchased online and just did not fit me...I can't say that I had a highly pleasant experience, it was just a very quick - okay why are you returning, okay thank you have a nice day - kind of conversation. Quick and easy-- I guess the way I like it. When I have come to shop here once during winter time, the dressing rooms were a hot mess! Hence, why I started shopping online! read more

went on a monday few minutes after they opened. already were a few customers inside. place was clean. all the racks were spaced out nice so you can maneuver the store easily. i had to return two items i purchased online. i wanted the money put on a gift card instead of returned to my card so i could buy things immediately. otherwise id have to wait the 3-5 business days for money to be returned. got the gift card. had my son try on new pants since others didnt fit. all the staff was friendly and helpful. ended up buying a few more items than we needed. great experience. they have really awesome face mask packs for kids too. read more

This Old Navy location is smaller than the average Old Navy, and it definitely feels like the corporation kind of forgot about it and left it to slowly crumble. There are wall racks that are bare, it's not exactly organized, and it's definitely a hot mess when it comes to cleanliness. I don't necessarily fault the store with the fact that it's a bit messy, but it's definitely the first thing you notice. read more

I have been a devoted Old Navy customer for years. Steer clear of the Lewisville location if the female manager whose name starts with a K is working. She started in with attitude and sass from the word go while we were going through an exchange. We had a pair of shorts that we were exchanging that ripped after 23 days. The K Manager was called to the front when a cashier needed help. Mgr. K told us if they have been worn and washed, It was store policy not to return them. I said they were ripped, and she replied that she didn't know that they were ripped. She never ASKED. My daughter called and spoke with someone at that store yesterday, and they told us to bring them up for and exchange/return because they were ripped. The way the manager spoke to us today was extremely demeaning and unprofessional. Not sure if I will ever go back to that location. I've worked in customer service and was always taught that the customer is always right. Shame on you, manager K! read more

I heart Old Navy. It's a place I've been able to shop at consistently for the past 10+ years and not feel out of place. As I get older I wonder will I have to stop shopping at certain places. Forever21, Charlotte Rouse, and American Eagle I'm talking to you. Their sizing for me has always been true. Not running big or small. Which is usually an issue with most places. This particular location is huge. I like that it's an anchor store so I can park right outside and not deal with mall traffic. OR be tempted by other stores as I'm walking by =) When I come here I head straight for the sale rack. Yes you do have to do some digging but to me it's worth it. After that it's back to the front to check out all the new arrivals and random sales. If you do see something that isn't on sale just wait a week or so and it's bound to end up in the back in the sale area. Old Navy is great for getting your basics/staples for each season. And they even have accessories now. Lots of jewelry that usually coordinates with what they have, shoes, belts, scarves, even work out clothes. Do yourself a favor and sign up for their emails. I'm constantly getting great deals emailed to me and earning Old Navy bucks for future use. read more

I haven't been to old navy in a while so I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed their great variety of jewelry now. I never thought I would walk out of old navy with only jewelry in hand. A first. Definitely check it out. The quality of the jewelry is not cheap-looking either! I was not a big fan of the service. While the gentleman was checking out the items at the register he continued on a full-blown conversation with his coworker, barely acknowledging me or having the respect to put his conversation on hold for a minute. He probably said a whole 2 words to me. Things like that don't really bother me too much, but the fact that it seemed to really SLOW him down, it did! And I thought it was rude. read more

This store always has a line! The sales are good but the line out weighs the deal for me. They also have limited size quantities. It seems as everything I would purchase they are out of my size. This location is clean and organized with the exception of the clearance area. It is often messy with clothes hanging off the hangers. The childrens clearance area is very limited and carries very little boy items. It is also difficult to find assistance when needed at this store. read more

Every time I shop here I've received friendly service. They do get super busy during peak times, so if you are in a hurry you may want to shop early. The only small problem I have is sale pricing. It's a bit confusing & frustrating. read more

I went during my lunch hour from 1:00-2:00 on a Thursday and there was only two people working the entire store. Both were busy at the register so there was no one to help with the fitting rooms or to get a piece of clothing that was too high for arms reach. There are always sales going on and I can usually find really good deals. read more

I am not a fan of this location at all. They are constantly understaffed, the fitting rooms are filthy, the restrooms are filthy, and the cashiers are always in a bad mood and complaining. Last time I was in, the cashier was so persistent in me signing up for a credit card. I told them no 3 times!! Then she said that if I didn't sign up, her manager was going to write her up, What kind of business are they running here!? Speaking of management...last time, I was in, there were 2 of them just talking in the middle of the sales floor and when I asked for help, they seemed upset because I interrupted their conversation! THEY EVEN ROLLED THEIR EYES! It's not my fault you dont have have an associate in the fitting room. Poor service, poor quality of clothes, NEVER going back. This is my go to place when my daughter needs clothes, always good prices and it never seems to packed during the day which is a huge plus. I love that I can just come to this store and not have to go to the mall and look around. They have everything. read more

Not my favorite Old Navy. The selection of pieces in this store is very poor and they are extremely unorganized. It might be worth it to drive a little farther to a better ON. I still like the company and the layering pieces they offer but I would not recommend this specific store. read more

Do not shop at this location - the staff is horribly rude, condescending, and argumentative! The one day sales items are hid and mixed in with other items not on sale purposely so you don't buy the right one. I had a cashier tell me on more than one occasion to prove to her the item I bought was on sale - when I walked her over to show her it sat next to the sign - it was the same as the description she still told me it was not on sale and refused to get a manager. The next time I go there - the very same thing happens - I walked out and left my items - I will not be shopping at this location again - I would highly suggest you drive to Frisco or Plano but not this location. They only had one cashier for a one day sale day and she was too busy telling everyone about her vacation. - no one bothers to help and the workers you do encounter are rude! read more
