To their credit, they seemed slightly understaffed when I went, so the average experience is likely better than mine. A seemingly more seasoned staff member then quickly fine-tuned elements of my outfit to complement my appearance, and perhaps what I am most thankful for; none of the employees were fixated on upselling me on frivolous items, and instead only presented what I expressed interest in. Overall, I will likely return when snazziness calls, with the hope that the dressing rooms are odor-free.

Right as you enter the door there is a signboard where you can right your name and then they will come get you when a salesperson is available. I didn't have to wait long at all. Next they have you stand on a scanning machine followed by measuring your stride on a short strip on the floor that does just that. The salesman who helped me was very knowledgeable and I learned stuff about my feet that blew my mind. He brought out three different pairs of shoes and I got to try them on and walk around with them. I ended up getting a pair of Brooks. I was very pleased with my purchase and will look into running programs in the near future that they offer on their website. Highly recommend this establishment!
