I'm not surprised this store has terrible reviews. I buy my grandkids's clothes online, sometimes when they get them they don't fit. Happens. EVERY TIME my daughters's try to exchange them they want to give them a gift card for like 97¢, seriously!?? I paid full price and they always say they can't pull up the receipt by my phone number. I call BS!!! Old navy is ripping people off and I will no longer give them my business. Beware if you buy gifts from here that the recipients will not be able to return or exchange for what you paid!! read more

There were several ppl walking around without masks. Most people had them on but there are always the few that believe their rights are being taken away. The staff is super busy! Maybe hire someone to just check for safety measures. read more

This is the dirtiest Old Navy I've ever visited. (Do not let your children, or yourself, use the bathroom here....gross!) Bottoms of some of the pants look like they were dragged across a floor that hasn't been swept in a year. The kids jeans are in no certain order; it's just all thrown on the shelf. I also noticed they only had one cashier at lunch time. Won't be returning to this store. read more

Really disorganized store and easily one of the rudest staff members I've ever encountered at an Old Navy. 2 checkout lanes open with over 10 people in line is ridiculous. Then to have no price check machines in working order is another annoyance- especially since the store is so u organized I'm not 100 percent sure if the discount applies or not to the particular item I picked up. read more

Every trip to this store ends in frustration. The "sale" signs are confusing and finding an employee to clarify the sale is a task. I am not sure if this location is always understaffed or if management just does not care that the line wait time pushes 20 minutes. I use my Old Navy Visa due to the rewards program but here lately I spend all my rewards at Banana Republic due to Old Navy being torture. read more

This location is amazing always tidy and clean and hardly ever business, went on a Saturday night and it was not busy at all! The staff is always so nice and helpful! This is my go to location for Old Navy now! read more

My wife and I went in to look for her some shirts. We took the sweaters to the counter and said to the cashier that the sign showed $8 and she went and checked and agreed and was going to honor the display. She called the manager to inform her but when the manager came to the counter she told us she was not going to honor the price. She admitted it was her mistake, that she had been rearranging earlier and forgot to move the sign. She admitted it was her mistake several times but refused to honor her mistake. As a customer service manager with almost 40yrs experience, that is not how you treat customers. You make the mistake, own it. Won't be going back to that store.

Walking off my lunch and decided to head into old navy, my sister is looking for Jeans. We don't usually shop at Old Navy. No welcoming at the door as the set up of the store has the cashiers back towards the entry. I did find me some items on the clearance rack, thank you for that. Cashier welcomed me and was friendly. I was in need of some jeans and was out and about so I stopped into Old Navy, it was neat inside , clothes folded on the tables nicely, no hangers jumbled up or clothes falling to the floor for the main store. However, the clearance section was a mess, I guess they stopped fighting with the messy customers. The staff was very friendly and helpful, dressing rooms were pretty clean. read more

A few days later I tried on the skirt and realized it was too long for a miniskirt. I returned it with the receipt and the store clerk, a different one this time, did greet me and asked if I wanted to look around for a little bit. I declined but asked about the refund policy- she said it would be 3-5 business days before it went back on my card, so I opted for a store credit gift card instead. It took awhile to process the return but I was the only one in the store. Friendlier clerk 2nd time around, but geez! Don't go to Cato when you're in a hurry!
