My first time popping into the Old Navy but between the lack of items priced, the overflowing racks and hangers, and the disorganized shelves, I am not sure I'll be back too soon. I didn't come in for anything in particular, so this was really just a leisurely pop in, but I left after a quick loop. There were signs for sales everywhere, but nothing really marked on individual items, shelves or racks. I was honestly going in a little blind on what anything would cost. I came for jeans and left with jeans, so I would consider my visit a success. I figured coming here would be easier (and maybe more affordable) than Macys, and I was indeed very happy with how quickly I was able to get in and out of the store. The store was tidy which was especially surprising considering we are in the holiday season. It wasn't very busy for a Friday night, and the checkout line moved quickly. The manager was assisting at the registers. It was nice to see her supporting her staff in that way. To note, their store card expires after 6 months to 1 year if it remains inactive during that time. read more

SO SLOW. Line to checkout is so long and there are TWO cashiers. Awful. Pull some people off the floor who are folding shirts perhaps. And they have the single queue cattle line surrounded with cheap crap from China to boost profits. This is why people shop online. I liked this store. Okay, yes what other reviews say, it's not the cleanest. However, staff was friendly, and they have a very big selection of clothing for men, women, babies, and every type of person imaginable. The prices were very good. There were good deals and everything was under $20, so I guess you really do save some money at this store. The store really does have something for everyone, which is why Old Navy is definitely a favorite of mine. read more

Slowest and worst customer service ever. So slow, and they don't seem to care about clients at all. 2 people on register with a line of about 10 people waiting! There were 4 employees just wandering around the store doing nothing, maybe they were all on brake at the same time? Waited 15 min just to get in the store and then another 20 just to pay. I guess you should plan to make an afternoon of it if you're making a trek here, bring food to keep your strength up and plenty of drinks to stay hydrated. Be sure to let your family know your whereabouts so they don't file a missing persons report in your long absence. read more

I would have given it a better review, as I am always finding pretty nice stuff for cheap in this particular store. However, my last trip made me want to take a shower afterward because it was so dirty. The inventory is better in this store than in other Old Navy's, I just bought a sweet top for .97 cents off the clearance rack! Horrible customer service! One cashier open with a huge line of customers waiting. Then once you get up to the cashier, you get no greeting, no convo and no thank you at the end! Worse managed/staffed/run retail store I have ever shopped in. Store is a complete messy wreck at any given time. Rude staff that clearly has not been trained in customer service can't adequately answer any questions. Long lines no matter what time of day/year you visit. In general, I love Old Navy but this Old Navy is not great. The store is dirty. Sales and prices are not clearly marked so you don't know what you're paying until you get to the register. That's if you make it...the lines there are always long no matter what time of day. The cashiers are slow and don't seem to call for extra help when the line is long. At least they are friendly. The store also feels cramped and crowded with the way the displays are laid out. This store is why I prefer to shop online. read more

Always a toss up with Old Navy clothes season to season. Either I love everything they've got, or I'm not feeling the style in season. But there jeans are always good to go and they often have cheap workout clothes so if you're looking for fresh spandex, this is the place to get it cheap. read more
