If you plan on making a purchase online, I suggest going to the store first (and buying from there instead, actually) because you can see what you're actually buying, also you save shipping charges ($8-10) unless you're spending over $100 (not including tax). Also, if the item happens to be out-of-stock at the location and you need to place an order through the store, the shipping charge is waived. How perfect is that! Most importantly, there was a special sale going on at the store that wasn't going on online. Anyway, I placed an order on Monday, March 5th (Miller bag in Mocha Rouge) and my order arrived at home on Friday, March 9th. Although I wasn't able to check my tracking online, I had to call the store to track it. The lady took my name and number and said she would call back. Later that day my order arrived before she even called me, so I was pleasantly surprised! My bag is strong and gorgeous and I'm in love with it!! I will be using it as my perfect new school bag and I can't wait! Love this brand, my current new obsession.

I also greatly appreciate their generosity on your birthday- they sent you a card in the mail with a certain amount (can't remember how much- it might be $25!) for free on anything! That is so fun. I think they may even do it for your half birthday too! I think it's cool/funny that this store has a couple of sofas- my husband likes to spend his time there waiting for me. :) This is a beautiful store with great service. They also let me purchase the mug letting the store know that I came in wanting the special price. I really appreciated them vouching on my behalf for this particular circumstance and would/have definitely come back in at this store for anything else! I wear a 40R Regular fit at Joe Banks or a 42R Tailored cut, but in trying to find a suit at MW I went from a 40 to 46 depending on the cut without any of the pants working. Disappointing. I was in the store--suit and tie on--for 10 minutes before anyone offered to assist me. Disappointment for sure.

Unfortunately, what should have been a special experience turned into a very disappointing and uncomfortable one. We spent over an hour in the store trying on suits and clearly looking for assistance, yet no employee approached us once while multiple other customers were greeted and helped around us. We were repeatedly overlooked throughout our visit. Even when we were ready to purchase, we stood waiting at the register while employees nearby ignored us until I finally asked for assistance. When I politely expressed concern about the lack of customer service, the employee became defensive rather than acknowledging the issue. As the only Hispanic customers in the store, the overall treatment made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. While I am not accusing anyone directly, the experience left us feeling singled out and disrespected. Despite this, we still purchased an expensive suit and left without even a simple thank you. I hope management reviews the store footage from that day and uses this as an opportunity to improve customer service training and ensure every customer is treated with equal respect and attention.

This store recently opened in November and I love that it's still a great homage to skating. The apparel is plentiful and fresh, and the shoes are fabulous! They possss a ton of classic styles for everyone, toddlers and kids included! Sales were prevalent, and I will gladly take 33% off a sweet pair of Vans, thank you very much. The store associates made the experience that much better as they were sure to greet and assist as needed. I'm so happy that Vans made it to Oak Brook, and I will continue to patronize them.
