While I love Old Navy, especially for athletic clothing, this store is a mess! I can't believe they closed the Cedar Hills location and kept this one open. Clothes everywhere, nothing organized, everything balled up and thrown all over the place. Workers visible but not offering to help and not really doing much. I came in because there was a clearance on summer items but everything was so disorganized I couldn't tell what was on the sale racks and what wasn't. Making matters worse, none of the three price checks worked. While I'm sure there were excellent bargains to be found, I don't have - and never had - the patience it would have required. Old Navy is an American retail company selling clothing and accessories for the entire family. It has been in business for over 26 years and has over 1000 locations. The moment I entered the store, I was greeted by an employee stationed near the entrance to count customers. As we are currently dealing with a pandemic, most stores limit the number of customers who can be inside at one time. Being greeted when entering a store makes me feel that they are glad I'm there. I feel welcomed and appreciated. The store carries casual sportswear for women, men and kids at very reasonable prices. They also carry some accessories. One item that really caught my attention today was their selection of packaged non medical grade face masks. These come in a variety of prints and colors for adults and kids. They are sold in a package of 5 for 12.50 and come with adjustable straps. They are a real bargain for the quality and price! The store was very neat and clean. There is a lot of merchandise to choose from and it's nicely displayed. The atmosphere is very low key and comfortable. I encountered a few employees on the salesfloor who were busy with a project but they did not greet me. The cashier at check out was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed shopping at this Old Navy store and will return. read more

The staff is all pretty friendly, others are very weird but it is Portland. They have cute styles from children to i would say 20-30 age group. . But who am i to knock where people shop. read more

Old Navy, I frequent you because I do like your jeans. I have bought other items but they are usually thin in quality. They do last for a while but just thin. I do wish they could learn to keep the store tidy, it is always a mess. I will say the changing room is kept up but the rest of the place is always a wreck. Old Navy has the cheesiest commercials. This location is hardly busy whenever I visit. Every time I'm here there's always 1 person working the cash register and it takes forever and a day just to get through that line. Not that there are many people standing in line to pay for their items, but the fact that there's no "back-up" person to assist. There are times when I shop or "window shop" and find the store to be clean and neat, but there are other times when it looks like a tornado flew by. I try to avoid shopping here during the peak holiday seasons when the lines for the register are just a 40 minute wait. That's like waiting for Thunder Mountain at Disneyland! Seriously?! Please call for "back-up"!!!! Nonetheless, the clothes at Old Navy are either a hit or miss. I've been a bit picky when it comes to purchasing clothes from retail places since the "quality" has tremendously gone South! There are some good finds, but most of the time that find can be rare. Great store for kids things, or if you want to look like a high schooler. For men, well there's just not much. I think women probably like it because they can look like their favorite girly magazine, so take it all with a grain of salt. I went into Old navy today to buy several pairs of jeans. I discovered they DO NOT SELL regular/standard fit jeans anymore???? All they had were jeans that don't fit me (mostly skinny jeans (WTF) Everyone don't wear that tight sh**, cuts off circulation, can't bend over, and, as a matter of fact can't get them pass my thighs????? What is old navy thinking???? I tried on boot cut, athletic fit, straight fit, etc. None of that crap fits black people! Why does Old Navy hate their employees? No receipts are given when you place an on-line order. When you do a return, your are lucky if a phone, email address, Old Navy CC can find that item. Then they want you to look up an order number :-( I waited with the same cashier for 45 mins to do a couple of returns. NOT ACCEPTABLE-they need to look at other vendors and how they do their returns. I can go into any other store with out a receipt and use the credit card or a phone number and the return is completed within a minute. How can Old Navy not find an item when it has the original tags, credit card (Old Navy), phone number, and email were all used??? If it's the cashier's fault then it's poor management-train your employees. One employee walked up and helped five customers while I was still standing there-that employee didn't even ask if that cashier needed help. True team spirit there. I feel for that cashier if she was new because she wasn't being trained or helped. And I was not the only customer having that issue-but the other customer had no clue to what credit card or email she used. How does Old Navy verify the amount paid . . just give you the cheapest price when you've paid a higher price??? Old Navy chat person said Old Navy doesn't give out receipts due to the pandemic. . .LOL best laugh I've had today. Whelp, don't go to Evergreen Old Navy if you are in a hurry. The store is pretty big, but no particular order. There are piles of disorderly clothes on all the tables and its difficult to find sizing because the clothes are just that disorganized. The staff is friendly but not out of their way helpful when you are looking for something. read more

I ordered two hoodies online. They were supposed to arrive in 7 to 10 business days. After almost 50 days I still hadn't received my package and I called old Navy and gap almost every day trying to get somebody to answer the phone I would sit on hold for hours and hours. Finally I decided to go to Old Navy at this location. I was treated completely rude by both managers at the store they said that they would return my money this time but next time I need to call old Navy to have this issue taken care of, I told them that I tried for over a month to call and you can't call and get some on on the line the manager Nancy told me yes you can,I told them no you can't they actually wanted to argue with me about this point. I found this completely rude. There's absolutely nothing to argue about I bought merchandise I did not receive my merchandise therefore give me my money back. Don't argue with me about a phone number you can't get a hold of anybody on. I will never shop at Old Navy again, customer service is awful! read more

I love to shop online for the women's Tall sizes. HOWEVER, we took the chance to try the local shop, First, no one was available to assist us, and when we did find someone, she was rude, and did not understand when I asked her why they don't have tall sizes in the store. Apparently tall sizes are not supplied to this store. But they can sure "Order them online for you" which totally defeats the purpose, because I normally do that. I was really put off that they totally don't care that taller women exist. When I suggested they begin to carry Tall Items they acted like it was out of the question. Not all women are 5'4. If the items are available online, put them in your store! Especially if your being asked to do so by numerous customers. I do not think I will be returning to this location. As well, when we walked in, they said welcome to everyone else but us when we entered. What ever happened to good customer service. read more

As i went through the store not one representative seemed happy or greated anybody or just even asked the annoying question of "are you finding everything alright " nop nothing!!!! The girl in the fitting room saw me walk to the fitting room as she was walking out didnt offer me a room so i got one my self and when i was leaving the fitting room she had the most unhappy face didnt say a word once again didnt offer to take any of the items i didnt need or anything. I love old navy but man the employees here make me not want to come back to this location and drive the extra mile to cedar hills just to at least get acknowledged by the reps there. read more

I will seriously never buy anything from this store again. I went with my wife, so that she could find some cheap workout clothes and I thought "hey I'm here, I'll just pick up these jeans that are on sale". Big surprise for me when I go to check out, they aren't on sale but they were sitting on a table with TWO sale signs on them. The cashier checked with the manager that was standing behind him who said "yeah...the shirts are on sale, not the jeans. if you want the sale jeans, they're on that table (pointing to the middle of the store), as if I should go hunt them down. Now, I saw this table of jeans earlier, they were the SAME EXACT jean, make, cut whatever but marked individually with a price. I didn't see the exact same color as the ones in my hand, so I thought, "hey these are on sale also" I guess I was wrong. Old Navy is always a great place to shop for inexpensive clothes. Sometimes you can find great things here..that will last you a few seasons. But I never expect much. It is great for my kids that are growing like crazy! I love to get things when they offer their 40% off card members and have rewards to use. The store is large and really a bad layout. Mess everywhere. The staff is the worst I have ever experienced! Not one person helped or greeted us. The cashier was cold and didn't offer a thank you or anything! Would give it 0 stars if I could. I just went in to exchange my toddlers clothing and the store was a complete wreck. I mean disgusting. Clothes thrown everywhere and it's not even noon. I asked two sale associates about how dirty the store was and for help finding things and was told oh well whatever. I guess they are just fine with people tripping over clothes thrown all over the floor, display tables empty, and sales racks broken and hanging where people could potentially hurt themselves. This store is fine- I've never had horrible service (only pushy sales offers) or anything but today reminded me how many times I have used there bathroom and its HORRIBLE. No toilet paper, TP rolls on the floor, trash all over the floors...toilets not clean (very disgusting). I have used there restrooms probably 4 times since i have been going there (only because i had to) and they are always disgusting. They need to do something about their janitorial service. I will probably just start heading to Beaverton or just shop online for Old Navy stuff. read more

Hi my name is Taylor, when i visited old navy a couple of weeks ago i was expecting bad service as always. when i showed up i was welcomed by the employee at the front, he basically helped me with what i needed. But most of all the the great cashier service was the best. When i showed up to the counter i had lost my 10 dollar super cash for old navy, and instead of the worker saying sorry i can't help you with that. She told me that she could still give 20% off with some special code. I don't remember the name really well but i think her name was Andrea. The store apparently closed a few minutes before I arrived. I knew Old Navy stayed open some nights later like Ross next door (it was a Friday) and all four of their front doors were propped wide open. I could see customers still inside shopping and didn't see hours posted so I walked in. I got past the cash registers (in the middle of the store) before an employee rudely shouted to me that they were closed and I needed to get out. All heads turned towards me. A little taken aback and embarrassed I apologized and said, "sorry, your front doors are all wide open. I thought you were open." He waited until I turned to leave before he smarted off to me loud enough so all the customers around him could hear. I was mortified. I'll take my business elsewhere. I waited in line for 15 minutes for one cashier. Not sure why there was one cashier in the whole store- there were at least half a dozen employees on the floor as well as a manager. The others in line were obviously annoyed, more so than I was. Is it just me or have Old Navy's prices gone up a lot in the last year? This used to be the place you came for cheap jeans/sweatshirts etc. No longer! $39.95 for jeans? Here? I'm used to seeing that at Gap or elsewhere. read more
