There's a lot of Grateful Dead tie dye shirts, but not much in terms of basic tie dye or hemp clothing. Big selection of rolling papers, wraps, tips, rolling machines. I get my Raw cone tips here. I can't seem to find them other places. Big incense selection too. The guy in the evenings is very friendly. I go in a lot, so we're pretty friendly with each other. The lack of empathy by the staff and the manager, the total disregard for how the company's failure to moderate their own website's inventory impacted our Christmas, and refusal to accommodate basic requests caused us to request a call from the District Manager. She, though apologetic for all the frustrations and subpar service we were given, was no help either. Prior to getting the call from the district manager, I had called another branch to ask some questions from whom I was told was the manager; during that call the district manager called. I hung up and spoke with her. After her call I called back the branch with whom I had been speaking and asked for the manager only to find out he wasn't the manager. The manager was not happy and was rude with me. Systemically, this chain has issues.
