Is it true when customers are in line to make a purchase, you make all non members go to the end of the line to get behind any potential members that might be in line too? So like a customer is now at the register, and you tell them they have to go to the end of line...even though you have no idea if everyone behind them is a member? Sounds wild. Paper sign placed up changing hours to 11am-6pm. Visiting on Sunday at 2pm, it was closed anyway. Considering this is the only GameStop for many miles around... there's not much choice but to shoot the dice and hope they're open when they're supposed to be. read more

If I could give a negative reviews for this business and it's employees I would. They ripped my son off selling him a broken game then continued to refuse a refund a week later despite him purchasing a warrenty and them being at fault. The employee working scoffed at me and made no attempt to correct the issue when I confronted him with any of this. He tried the game as soon as he got home, it did nothing. And now he's out his own money because of yet another corporate a hole. In case it's unclear highly DO NOT recommend. read more

Game stop is one of the few game stores that I go to because of all the great deals they have. I have gotten video games for a dollar before that is amazing. I don't want to talk long about how fantastic this store is but it is awesome. They r always updated with systems and they have tons of games for many many different systems..
