I have been to Mountain Mike's locations before and I really like their pizza. This location was…read moreno different, pizza was on point, really good. Rating of 4 is a couple things, one they were out of Modelo, which I came back the next night and they were still out, so that was a negative for me. Second, the salad bar was good, but it needed to be cleaned up a bit and more items added that were low. When it gets low like that, you wonder how long things have been sitting. They were busy and tables were needing to be cleaned up, they were working on it all, but just things I noticed. Inside is very big, tons of seating, great for groups, there are a lot of TV's all around and some games to play as well. Good times, pizza, beer (none for me this time) and sports on TV. Hopefully they were just really busy this night and needed some help to keep up, beer being out happens, but should get resolved to capture more sales and so customers are happy. Other than that, I do recommend their pizza and salad bar, both taste good and there are lots to choose from on the salad bar. A bit on the expensive side in my opinion for a single visit salad bar, mini pizza and side, but just IMO, still worth it as it is really good pizza and the salad bar does have a lot of offerings. Enjoy!

My little hometown was once a thriving little community that has lost its charm and its bloom; its…read moredowntown lined with locally owned small business and restaurants are no more. There are, however, a few of those locally owned still in business after 30-40+ years which I find important to support. You-Be's U-Bake Pizza is one of those businesses and has been operating in its same small location since the mid-1980s. In a nutshell, You-Be's is a takeout pizza shop that builds pizza restaurant quality pizza, loaded with fresh toppings, and freshly made dough which you then take home and bake yourself. These are great for planning ahead for a get together at half of the price of delivery. There were several of these you-bake-it pizza shops in town, but You-Be's was the first and it is still going strong. Sandwiches and salads are also available for order. The salads are massive and can easily feed 2 or eaters. We ordered their large combination pizza which came out to $13.99. You cannot go wrong with their combination. My only critique is that the interior of the shop is a bit run down and looks the same as it did in 1985. Perhaps, it is how they keep their costs down. I feel it is important that when selling food, your establishment should look clean and fresh.

A shout-out to the Tulare Me-n-Ed's staff, we have enjoyed consistently good pizza from them for…read moreyears. We prefer their pizza over other local brands, we like the bubbly crust, the flavor of the sauce and the freshness of the toppings. Between family and friend visits we probably order pizza here 6-8 times/year and have almost always had consistent service and quality. Tonight I ordered a Garlic Chicken Pizza and got the Cauliflower Crust for the first time. It is thin and more crispy on the edges (not bubbled), similar to a flat bread style, and there was no noticeable cauliflower flavor at all. It's a more plain flavor than the original or thick crust and less salty, but with the garlic, white sauce and toppings it was perfect, and about 50% less carbs than traditional crust which I was happy with. As to their service, we usually do takeout so that we can pick the pizza up as soon as it's ready, and I find the staff to be courteous and as prompt as they can be given that we are usually there on a weekend night and they are typically pretty busy. The last time I had a concern about my pizza I talked to the staff, they got the supervisor or manager, he was kind and efficient and corrected the issue immediately with a new pizza (the toppings had been wrong). Tonight we ordered online and had delivery, it arrived at the projected time, the delivery man was friendly and wore a mask, and the pizza was hot and fresh. Thank you to the Tulare team, 2020 has been a rough year and we are happy you are there for us when we need a pizza night!

At first we thought it was maybe a stray string of something... nope. Definitely hair. Definitely blue. Definitely not on the menu. I let the young lady at the register know, and to her credit, she apologized and offered to remake the pizza. We declined, because once you find hair in your food, the appetite has officially left the building. What was missing was any acknowledgment from the manager. A quick apology or even a partial refund would've gone a long way, but neither happened. Mistakes happen, but how they're handled matters. I'm hoping this was a one-off and that a little more care and accountability is taken going forward. I'd still prefer my future pizzas hair-free and in their original color palette.

So what can you say about Little Caesar's? No matter which location you ever visit, the quality of…read morefood and service is usually consistent. If your craving pizza on a budget this is the place to get it at. The only negative issue with this place is the location. It is located in the most creepiest area of town, full of homeless people and some dark individuals you see in movies. The small parking lot it has doesn't help and make you wonder if your car will get hit or not. So order ahead through the app so you don't have to be there much more than you need to.

I just ordered pizza for delivery along with an order of buffalo wings from Little Caesars. When my…read moreorder arrived, my wings were missing. I called the store to explain the situation, and the manager answered. I told her what happened, and she said, "Okay, you can come pick up your wings." I told her no, because it's not my fault that your employees forgot to include the wings I already paid for. I also paid for delivery, so either send them to me or refund my money. The manager then told me they couldn't give me a refund and also couldn't deliver the wings. The only thing she could do was give me "free wings" on my next order. I said okay, but then I asked, "So when I go next time, are you giving me the free wings PLUS the wings I already paid for today?" And this "very smart" manager tells me: "No, they're the same wings you already paid for." So first she says she's giving me free wings, then suddenly they're not free anymore -- they're just the wings I already paid for in the first place. And to make it even worse, I paid for delivery and now I'm expected to drive over there myself to pick them up because of THEIR mistake. Seriously... who made this woman the manager?
