Hours after check in I received a rude message that I was 1 dog over and was billed another $30. Which honestly I would not have had a problem with paying a pet fee but the rude message was unacceptable. At that point I felt unwelcome and I felt I was being accused of being deceitful which I clearly was not. I did not sleep well because I was upset and frankly it ruined our stay. We left in the morning and the office was not open and the host has not replied to my multiple messages. I do not feel it is right that a host can charge hidden fees after check in and ruin someone's stay. Then lied when I made a complaint to Vrbo that she let me know of the fee by phone which is completely untrue. The unit was small and the property is not well kept. The parking is fine for small vehicles and the balcony is on a busy and noisy road across the street from the park- little to no privacy. Very over priced for what you get.

Good wifi, nearly full kitchen (no oven), but simply equipped with good dining area. A perfect spot to spend a week and enjoy the cute town and beach. Boat tours and some dining is an easy walk. Much of town is still in recovery from hurricane, but everybody we met was nice and chatty. Simple bathroom, nice balcony with alcove for looking into the park and out to the open water. Nice TV, decent bed and bedding, about right for the money and a classic Florida stay. Shop big before coming to town, not a lot of shopping options or restaurants close by, so safe to rely on your convient kitchen.

The subdivision is poorly managed. There are stray cats everywhere, defecating and procreating…read more Tenants feed the strays which worsens the issue and atrocious smells. There are fleas in the carpeting outside of the units, as well as cat feces and urine. The grounds and outside of the units could use some deep cleaning and landscaping. The Cats fight and cry constantly, mostly at night, in which the sounds are loud and disturbing. The cats will approach and/or get in your way and refuse to move. One cat tried to get in my car multiple times. Every time I approach my unit, I start itching. I've contacted my leasing manager with Union Properties and Bosshardt Reality regarding removal of the carpeting, improvements to the subdivision, and the stray cat issue. The response was that they are aware of the ongoing issues and are looking into alternatives. My previous neighbor who use to live across the hall from me, whose a cat lover, comes out everyday to feed the cats and brings cat food for my next-door-neighbors to feed the cats although she no longer lives here. My next-door-neighbors continuously play loud music and have daily/all-day verbal/physical domestic disputes. I've contacted law enforcement on two occasions and another neighbor contacted law enforcement...they came out but nothing was done. I've also reported the issue to my leasing manager who informed me that their not his tenants so he can't do nothing about it. The dumpsters tend to fill quickly. The pool in my area was covered with dirt but nothing replaces it although my unit has a direct view of the pool. The washing machines tend to trap your clothing in the rubber lip on the inside of the glass and the machines tend to take your money. The service number for the washing machines do not work. There are huge spiders, roaches, water bugs, insects etc. that collect in the hallways and doorways of the units. The units have roaches, spiders, and ants. I sprayed before I moved in, I sprayed a few months after, and I had Pest Control come out to maintain the issue. My neighbors smoke cigarettes and the smell comes through the walls. They also smoke near my unit as well as the hallways and walkways.

We've lived here for 6 weeks and have had a few issues, including our kitchen sink pipes breaking, but once reported, the problems have been resolved within an hour or two with absolutely no hassle from management.

I want to move in with him. The lobby is huge and sparkling, like a fancy hotel -- but more empty (not so many sofas & such). There are evidently a number of elevators; the building is huge, but the elevator that we took to get to our friend's place led to only 2 doors! It basically lets you out onto your porch, if you'd like to think of it that way. WANT. Then, the inside of his place... 2 good-sized bedrooms (one with a walk-in closet), each with its own bathroom (one with a shower & a bathtub -- separately (WANT) -- & the other with a shower). A huge kitchen that's open to the huge living room area, complete with new (as of 3 years ago, which is still new in my book) fridge, microwave, & oven/range WITH A CONVECTION OVEN. WANT. Basically, the sweetest place I could imagine. Lacking a balcony, I suppose, but considering the floor-to-ceiling windows along the whole living area, the top halves of which open, I think I could live with that. Now, our daughter, son-in-law & 3 Grandchildren come with us every year. Through the years we have invited many family members & friends who now also make the Coral their only vacation destination every year. We have met people from all over the world who are now great friends and we all coordinate our dates to meet every year at the Coral. I wouldn't want to spend a week in Florida anywhere else. The Condos are clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook with. The size of the pool is perfect unlike many very small pools at other large resorts. The pool at the Coral is ALWAYS CLEAN and never over crowded due to the small number of units which I love!! The fishing pier is wonderful. You can see dolphins & manatees at times during the day. I hope this wonderful place remains for many years to come. I would recommend Coral Resort Condos to anyone. Once you vacation there I can promise you'll want to go back.

Maintenance staff is friendly and do a good job responding to service request in a timely manner. Can't beat the location. Everything you could ask for is nearby. The property itself is inviting with beautiful manicured and maintained landscaping. Kid and pet friendly!! Good amenities. Beautiful clean pool. Basketball court, work out room, playground and BBQ grill, laundry facility. Apartment are good size with washer/ dryer or hookups. Nighttime security patrolling throughout the night and have even seen local law enforcement cruise through on a regular basis for added security. Quiet and safe environment. Only complaint is that some residents are inconsiderate and do not pick up after their dog. Please scoop the poop guys. This is your home!! Help to keep it clean. 5 Stars!!
