He was friendly and professional. He communicated well, was quick to respond to my request and was able to schedule me within 24 hours of my request. He showed up on time and was fast and efficient with loading the couch. He took the time put the cushions in his covered truck bed and tied down the couch appropriately for safe transport. He was very fairly priced compared to his competitors. Great customer service.
