I'm not really a rice person so I basically only had a couple of bites and decided it just wasn't worth all the carbs. The refried beans were quite runny and spread thin on the plate so it covered a lot of real estate but there wasn't much there. The enchiladas on the other hand I felt like we're decent. Again, we opted for the combination burrito which had sausage, chorizo, bacon, potatoes, cheese and beans all wrapped up in a HOMEMADE tortilla. The tortilla is one of my favorite parts as it's chewy, soft texture and slightly earthy, mildly sweet taste complements the filling to a T. You have the option of red or green (or both) salsas on the side. They are smaller containers of salsa so I'd get two of the kind you want. Fair warning, the green is a one-two-punch with heat!
