Jim was super helpful for a unique project. I purchased some OEM luggage for a motorcycle, but needed to get it rekeyed to my motorcycle key. I was able to procure the parts needed and just needed the wafers set in an order that would work with my key so I could use a single key for the bike and the luggage. Last week I found OCLS on a local Google search, luckily in non-emergency mode. For a just-in-case scenario, I needed extra keys for my company's front door and box truck! Jim Parrie, the principal, has built a full locksmith workshop and warehouse in a medium sized van that can respond quickly to customer calls. Many automobile dealers call on Jim for help in servicing all kinds of difficult lock problems. We had an ignition lock on a 1997 Ford Ranger that just quit working. Jim found that our old keys were worn out. So he looked up the lock on his onboard computer and estimated what the key may have been notch by notch. He found the answer in moments and an automatic key machine made new keys quickly. The keys operated all the locks on the old truck and the job was complete in minutes. I decided to replace the ignition lock anyway, but all the doors worked on the reproduced original key that Jim made. I lost my key to a late model dodge and called one of the "24" hr locksmith services to make a new one. The first guy that arrived could not make a new key saying that the "new version" computer was needed. He said that he knew another guy who would be able to do it. The original price he quoted which seemed a little high then skyrocketed to a price that was way too high.
