I really only have one regret. The Boot Hill Legendary restaurant, lounge and night club are in Gillette, WY and I live in Georgia! That might be to far to eat here regularly, but if you are anywhere near Gillette and you don't make your way to the Boot Hill Legendary restaurant, your taste buds will haunt you because you missed out on one of the best meals of a lifetime. FYI... I am not related to anyone there, but you couldn't ask for a nicer staff. Curtis the manager was very personable and helpful. I got the opportunity to meet the owner as well and he too is a great guy who actually cares about his customers. Don't miss this place!

This was our first time in Gillette and our first time at this location. There is nothing that I could say that is positive about the experience. The staff was indifferent. The owner was a jerk and I felt that I was not welcome or appreciated as a visiter from out of town or as a customer. I would never come back to this location ever again and regret spending my money here. I would avoid at all costs. Find a place that appreciates your business. This place does not.

Inside would be like $30-40 but with the deals on the app, it comes down to around $20. Sometimes the service is fast, sometimes very slow. It can get pretty loud but it isn't that bad. They do well keeping it clean. Food is always hot. If we were rich we'd def go a lot more.

So I'm teetering between 3 1/2 and 4 stars, but I'll go ahead and give it the extra 1/2 star…read more This place isn't really that bad. I've been to multiple BW3s all over the country, and trust me, I've been to much much worse. Your typical franchise BW3's, sports theme, sports decorum and TVs everywhere playing woke NFL football. I was greeted after maybe about a minute or so meandering around the entry point. Really nice girl with Halloween makeup asked me where I wanted to be seated but I wanted to sit at the bar so she told me to just make my way which is what I did. The bartender, actually all of them were super cool. I wasn't sitting there more than 30 seconds before being acknowledged and ordering my first cocktail. And the entire time I was there, I felt valued and was in constant conversation with a majority of the service staff as well as other customers. It was actually really nice to be honest. All great people. I ordered 20 wings with 4 different sauces. I wanted my wings drenched and with the salt and vinegar dry rub, over the seasoned, but they didn't come out that way. But it's fine, they were hot and still flavorful. I ordered fried pickles immediately when I ordered my cocktail, and they sort of dropped the ball on that, because my wings came out first and I had to ask about them, but that's not really a big deal either. It's not like I'm sitting at a white glove five star Michelin restaurant. It's Buffalo wild wings after all and the attention and service supersedes other people's reviews here on Yelp. I sat, ate, imbibed, and had a great overall experience with quite a few of the staff. You can't really ask for much more, so if you're giving 2 stars or less, you got to be pretty snooty considering the place you are writing a review on. The next time I come through Gillette, I would not hesitate to come back in here again. It was pretty damn good for what it is.

They did not have the sliders by themselves anymore - which used to be my go to. You could get them on the appetizer plate so we went with that . The appetizer plate you can choose what you want. We went with sliders , chicken and potato skins. Honestly I would not get these again . The potato skins and chicken were not very good - the sliders were edible for nostalgia sake but nothing like they used to be. The salad bar on the other hand did not disappoint . Even though we were there past prime dinner time it still looked fresh and they were restocking. It was hit for everyone! We are also glad we got the salad bar because for the next several days we kept striking out in the salad department our waitress was super nice as well

They do have an interesting and diverse rotation of beers, which is nice. Night 1 - Ordered St. Louis style ribs and a simple side salad because I didn't want fries and a salad bar. Instead, I got baby back ribs cooked generically with some sweet hickory glaze pour over them. I think they need a better base flavor and less reliance on the sauce. Night 2 - Scallops and shrimp with broccoli and rice. I asked the server, please make sure they don't overcook the scallops. Upon delivery, it was difficult to cut the scallops with a fork. Seasoning was pretty good for chewy seafood. Broccoli and rice were - okay. Night 3 - Had a steak, rare, with a loaded baked potato and the salad bar. Salad bar was much better this trip. Yay! The steak had a great sear on it for actually arriving rare for such a thin slice. Loaded potato, should have skipped that and just loaded it from the salad bar. The only difference for $2 up-charge is green onions. Again, it was just okay.
