If you're in Greensboro and looking for food trucks, please visit Conn's Furniture and Appliances…read moreparking lot on Gate City Blvd. This is a one stop shop for all types of cuisines. I have visited many of the trucks, so this visit I decided to try Ebony's original Fish Fry. I was very pleased with what I received. Great customer service. The gentleman who served me was nice and made helpful suggestions. I went with a 6pc shrimp and fried okra that came with a drink. The guy suggested homemade lemonade. This was $9, good for food truck prices. I placed my order and was given a beeper, this allowed me to sit in my car rather than wait outside. When my food was ready, the gentleman who assisted me opened the box to let me see my order. I couldn't resist I grabbed a few okra. Big mistake!! Because I couldn't stop eating them! They were hot and fresh! I almost had them polished off by the time I got home. The shrimp may have been previously frozen but they were cooked hot and crispy. I was surprised by a little side of coleslaw. I believe the slaw was store bought. I tried it and didn't care for it. The lemonade had an aftertaste similar to that of Crystal Lite. It's still in my refrigerator. Overall, I would recommend this food truck. The service was nice, the food was hot and fresh, and the price was good for what I would consider a snack or lite lunch.

We cruised the concessions throughout the stadium and ended up at the food trucks that are located at the open end of the stadium. There were over ten trucks there and we decided to try "Ebony's Fish Fry". Simply said, Ebony's had the best food truck food that we have ever had and trust me, we have had a lot. Ramel and Angel McCann are the owners, Ramel does the cooking and Angel is the "personality." Since the game began at 8:00 pm they were serving dinner food. Neither of us had ever had whiting fish so Angel gave us a sample. The fish was moist with great flavor and the breading was perfect. It was not greasy, but crisp with a wonderful flavor. We order the whiting fish sandwich, while Lisa had fried okra and I had onion rings. Both sides were superb. The dinner menu is attached. If you see them at a function, eat there, and you will not be disappointed. If you are sponsoring an event that can use a food truck, give them a call. Your guests will be very pleased.

5 Stars! 10 if I could. I didn't expect a food truck, to turn into one of the most memorable…read moreexperiences I had during my 1st visit to North Carolina, But that's exactly what happened at Taco Bros in Greensboro, NC. First off, this isn't just a random food truck. There is such an incredible story behind it. It's run by Gary and his best friend Alex, who have been friends since grade school back in Mexico City, Mexico!! You can feel that deep history in the way they run their business. There's a level of trust, energy, and authenticity that you don't usually see, and it trickles down to the entire team!!!Every employee I interacted with was genuinely happy, welcoming, and proud to be there (which says a lot) especially during these times. They've also set themselves up in some of the best spots around. I visited : 1) Summerfield Farms. 2) Oden Brewing Company. At both locations, you're not just grabbing food, you're getting a whole experience! Plenty of parking, plenty of seating, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. Live music, dog friendly. The menu is simple, affordable, and done right. We got to try 4 different tacos, their queso dip, and their churros, and everything delicious! The meat was seasoned to perfection, super juicy, and full of flavor without being overcomplicated. But what really made this experience unforgettable? I got invited onto the truck to make my own churros!! let me tell you, that is not something you get to do every day. It was hands-on, fun, and honestly one of the most unique experiences I've had, collaborating with another business. By the end of it, it didn't even feel like a transaction anymore, we became friends! Taco Bros isn't just serving food, they're building up thier community. And that's something you don't come across often.

We saw this truck outside of Condon Yards Courtyard during an event. My daughter loves food trucks…read moreso we had to give it a try. Overall the truck seemed very clean and hygienic for a food truck. The staff was incredibly friendly and organized. The food came out quickly and was piping hot. The prices are a bit high which is common for food trucks. Guac and chips was $10 and the chicken quesadilla was $14. One thing that would have been a nice touch was Jarritos. The chicken quesadilla was good but could have used a bit more seasoning. It was good sized and stuffed full of chicken, onions, peppers, and cheese. Overall we enjoyed Taco Bros and would definitely try them again at another event.

I love yuca and I've never had yuca with rosemary & garlic oil but it was as delicious as I could imagine. They were oily of course because of the garlic oil but the flavor was great. I also had the beef empanadas and they were really good too. They're the perfect size & the breading tastes really fresh. I also loved the seasoning in the empanada. The dipping sauce paired perfectly with both the yuca and empanadas. My friend got a sandwich and I didn't try it but she really enjoyed it too. The service was good - food came out pretty quickly even though it was crowded! This is definitely a food truck I'll be on the lookout for again!

The Cubano was everything it should be. Made with golden bread pressed to perfection. Inside, the layers of roasted pork and ham were stacked. Made just right too. The melted Swiss cheese keeps it from falling apart. The pickles and mustard cut through the rich flavor by adding a slight tang. Every bite was comfort for the soul. I paired it with an NZ Pils from Joymongers and it was heaven. The beef empanadas were just as good. Inside, the seasoned beef was 100% flavorful. They weren't greasy and went well with the specialty sauce. Together, they made for a satisfying meal... it was enough to make me keep a lookout for their next Greensboro stop. Cheers!
