Instead of knowledgeable people helping you, they only have room for one or two people at the front counter and they don't seem to know where the items come from. My wife presented me with a pendant that she was told to be Tibetan turquoise. However, after having other experts look at it, we couldn't confirm or deny whether or not it was actually dyed, so we had to return it. We switched it out for a different piece, but the person helping us at the counter, had no idea where it was from. She yelled across the counter to a guy in another part of the store asking where it was from, and without even coming over to look at it, he instantly said it was Tibetan turquoise! With that said, my trust in their pieces and quality are diminished. It's a very pretty place to stop and look at if you're a tourist and you can buy some nice crystals however I'm still concerned about this issue. The first picture is the original. The second set are the original pieces. We've spent several hundred dollars over the years but unfortunately, I think I will have to go elsewhere.
