They can make any piece you like with any stones you want and they'll finish them within a week or two. I got earring made with my birthstone for my wedding and left with 2 sets of earrings because they surprised me with one they thought I might like. I love coming here to look at crystals and to admire the handmade jewelry. I've gotten a pair of earrings that were about $20 and I've also bought this beautiful Opal ring that was about $40-$50. A friend recommended this place to me because she knew I enjoy crystals and it also happened that when I complimented her on her earrings she said she got them from Oro so clearly I needed to stop by. This shop is very cute and has many handmade jewelry pieces and a smaller selection of crystals. I was drawn to a pair of earrings and I found myself trying to find a necklace with the same kind of pearl. I couldn't find one with the silvery/pastel pearl but I did find one with a white pearl on it. I feel bad that I didn't catch her name but when I asked the person working if there might be a necklace somewhere that would match she offered to switch the pearl on the spot and even let me pick the pearl that would go on the necklace! That was so amazing to me. She also assured me there wasn't any pressure to buy if I changed my mind which was really nice of her. I sat on the couch they have in the shop and hung out while she switched the pearls. I talked a little with her and learned that the owner makes the designs and has trained a few people to make the jewelry as well which is so cool! I love that someone could customize a piece of jewelry on the spot I've honestly never experienced that somewhere before. I'm in love with the earrings and necklace and it's been a long time since I've felt so welcome in a shop. Thank you Oro for an amazing experience and I'll be back for more! read more

This would not be an issue normally but we were surprised as the White couple who entered after us and exited behind us were greeted each time. They take time to recommend home good products and jewelry, they take time to explain the material of the jewelry and stones too! If you are in a rush, they are happy to put some gifts together as well, all around fair prices even in this time of inflation. Was looked at as if I was stealing and watched while they paid no mind to others (which by the way I was just normally browsing barely touching anything and came in with a means to buy stuff) .
